园艺学报2010,37(5):823–828 ActaHorticulturaeSinica 多效唑、烯效唑和矮壮素对金钱树的矮化效应 1,22,*122 姜英,彭彦,李志辉,吴志华,任世奇 (1中南林业科技大学林学院,长沙410004;2国家林业局桉树研究开发中心,广东湛江524022) 摘要:采用植物生长延缓剂多效唑(PP333)、烯效唑(S3307)、矮壮素(CCC)喷施和灌根的方 法对1~3年生盆栽金钱树的矮化效应进行研究。结果表明:PP333能明显使叶轴矮化,小叶间距缩短, 叶柄基部变粗,复叶相对生长速率降低;S3307主要使叶柄基部变粗;CCC药效表现不稳定,对部分指标 表现出了促进作用。不同年龄金钱树适宜的PP333浓度变化大,S3307浓度变化小。喷施或灌根的矮化效 果基本一致。药害在灌根处理上较同浓度喷叶处理更严重。综合考虑金钱树的生长及观赏价值,对不同 年龄金钱树应用植物生长延缓剂调控株形效果好的组合有:1年生苗用300mg·L-1S3307喷叶处理;2年 生苗用300mg·L-1S3307灌根处理或600mg·L-1PP333灌根处理;3年生苗用1200mg·L-1PP333喷叶 处理。 关键词:金钱树;植物生长延缓剂;矮化 中图分类号:S687文献标识码:A文章编号:0513-353X(2010)05-0823-06 EffectsofPaclobutrazol,UniconazoleandChlorcholinchloridonDwarfing ofZamioculcaszamiifolia JIANGYing1,2,PENGYan2,*,LIZhi-hui1,WUZhi-hua2,andRENShi-qi2 (1CentralSouthUniversityofForestryandTechnology,Changsha410004,China;2ChinaEucalyptyResearchCentre, Zhanjiang,Guangdong524022,China) Abstract:Theeffectsofthreeplantgrowthretardantspaclobutrazol(PP333),uniconazole(S3307) andchlorcholinchlorid(CCC)andtwomethodsofapplication(foliarsprayandrootdrench)werestudied onZamioculcaszamiifoliaplantsofagesone,twoandthreeyears.PP333andS3307bothsignificantly inhibitedgrowthandtheireffectsincreasedastheconcentrationappliedincreased.However,CCCdidnot significantlyinhibitgrowth.PP333reducedtheaveragetotallengthofleafstalks,minimizedthelength petiolules(i.e.thestalkbetweenleaflets);shortenedandthickenedthepetiolesandalsoreducedthe comparativegrowthspeedofcompoundleaves.TheoptimalconcentrationofPP333atdifferentagesofZ. amiifoliavariedwithindividualplantbiomass.Incontrast,themaineffectsofS3307wereonshortening andthickeningpetioles.Overall,thebestcontrolgrowthcontrolofone-year-oldZ.amiifoliaplantswas obtainedwith300mg·L-1ofS3307appliedasafoliarspray;oftwo-year-oldplantswith300mg·L-1of S3307or600mg·L-1ofPP333appliedasrootdrench;andofthree-year-oldplantswith1200mg·L-1of PP333appliedasfoliarspray.
