农户参与退耕还林意愿影响因素实证分析

摘要:研究目的:揭示农户参与退耕还林工程的决策机理。研究方法:利用二项式Logisitic回归法,应用SPSS软件分析。
研究结果:农户是否愿意参与退耕还林最主要的考虑因素是:农户是否有退耕还林资源,以便有资格参与;农户参与退耕
还林是否能获得收益,即是否值得参与;农户是否有能力承担退耕还林后的风险,是否可以放心地参与。研究结论:农户
在市场经济条件下变得越来越理性,持续保障农户收益是退耕还林工程可持续发展的关键。

Abstract:Thepurposeofthepaperistorevealthedecision-makingmechanismontheparticipationsofpeasant
householdsintheConversionofCroplandtoForestlandProgram(CCFP).Methodsemployedincludebi-Logistic
RegressionmodelandSPSSsoftware.Theresultsindicatethatthemainconsiderationsofpeasanthouseholds’
willingnessonparticipationinCCFPinclude:firstly,whetherthepeasanthouseholdsowntheresourcestoexchangethe
rightstoparticipation;secondly,whetherthepeasanthouseholdscanbenefitfromtheparticipation,i.e.whetheritis
worthwhiletoparticipate;thirdly,whetherthepeasanthouseholdscanundertaketheriskfromtheparticipation,i.e.
whethertheycantakepartinCCFPwithoutworry.Itisconcludedthatpeasanthouseholdsarebecomingmoreand
morerationalunderthemarketeconomyandthekeytosustainabledevelopmentofCCFPistoensuresustained
benefitsofpeasanthouseholds.
