安徽建筑工业学院本科生毕业论文偏高岭土-粉煤灰基地质聚合物的制备与性能研究安徽建筑工业学院本科生毕业论文IIV摘要地质聚合物是一种新型胶凝材料因其具有优异的性能近年来引起了国内外研究学者的广泛关注。本文利用偏高岭土和粉煤灰为原料通过碱激发制备地质聚合物。利用正交设计研究了偏高岭土的细度、粉煤灰的掺量和碱激发剂的模数对地质聚合物力学性能的影响并研究了其工作性能和凝结性能。研究表明:(1)高岭土在850℃下煅烧并保温2h制备具有活性的偏高岭土偏高岭土在常温下由氢氧化钠和水玻璃溶液制成的碱激发剂激发可以制备地质聚合物。(2)偏高岭土地质聚合物的早期强度发展很快通过掺入粉煤灰调控其反应进程改善其粘聚性偏高岭土-粉煤灰基地质聚合物浆体的流动性随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而变好。(3)通过正交实验得出影响偏高岭土—粉煤灰基地质聚合物力学性能的大小因素分别为偏高岭土细度、粉煤灰掺量和水玻璃模数。最佳配方为:偏高岭土为最细粉煤灰掺量为25%水玻璃模数为1.3;(4)同一粉煤灰含量的混合原料在采用不同模数的水玻璃激发时随水玻璃模数的增大凝结时间增长。关键词:地质聚合物;偏高岭土;粉煤灰;工作性能;凝结时间AbstractGeopolymerisanewgelledmaterialwhichattractedlotsofattentionsbothathomeandabroadinrecentyearsforitsexcellentproperties.InthisthesisgeopolymerhasbeensynthesizedfromrawmaterialswhataremetakaoliniteandflyashunderactivationofNaOHsolutionandsodiumsilicatesolution.WediscussthathowfinenessofthemetakaolinetecontentofflyashandmodulusofsodiumsilicateaffectthemechanicalpropertiesofFlyash-Metakaolinitebasedgeopolymerbyusingorthogonalexperimentaldesign.Meanwhiletheworkingperformanceandsettingtimeofgeoploymerarestudied.Researchshows:(1)Flyash-MetakaolinitebasedgeopolymerhasbeensynthesizedatroomtemperaturefrommetakaoliniteunderactivationofNaOHsolutionandsodiumsilicatesolution.Wegetmetakaolinitewithhighactivityfromkaolinitewhichhasbeencalcinedat850℃andholds2hours.(2)Metakaolinite-basedgeoploymerhasgoodperformanceinthedevelopmentoftheearlystrength.Thereactionprocessisregulatedbymixingtheflyashandhencetheworkabilityisimproved.ThecontentofflyashinthetotalrawmaterialsincreasedtheflowabilityoftheslurryofFlyash-Metakaolinitebasedgeopolymerisgetiingbetter.(3)Weknowthatfinenessofthemetakaolinetecontentofflyashandmodulusofsodiumsilicatearethreinfluencingfactors.Thebestformulaisthefinenestmetakaoliniteflyashaccountedfor25%ofthetotalrawmaterialsandmodulusofmodifiedwaterglasswas1.3.(4
