基于RSSI的无线传感器网络节点自身定位算法 Abstract Thispaperproposesanovelalgorithmforwirelesssensornetworknodeself-localizationbasedonReceivedSignalStrengthIndicator(RSSI).TheproposedalgorithmisabletoaccuratelyandefficientlyestimatethelocationofasensornodebasedontheRSSIvaluesobtainedfromitsneighboringnodes.Thealgorithmisevaluatedusingsimulationresults,whichshowthatitachieveshighaccuracyandlowcomputationalcomplexity. Introduction Wirelesssensornetworks(WSNs)havefoundawiderangeofapplicationsinvariousfields,suchasenvironmentalmonitoring,healthmonitoring,industrialcontrol,andsecuritysurveillance.OneofthemainresearchtopicsinWSNsislocalization,whichreferstotheprocessofidentifyingthephysicallocationofsensornodes.AccuratelocalizationisessentialformanyWSNapplications,suchastrackingobjects,monitoringenvironmentalparameters,anddetectingintrusion. Traditionally,localizationalgorithmsinWSNsaredividedintotwocategories:range-basedandrange-freealgorithms.Range-basedalgorithmsusethemeasureddistanceortime-of-arrival(TOA)betweennodestoestimatetheirpositions.However,thesealgorithmsusuallyrequirespecializedhardwareorsynchronizationamongnodes,whichmaylimittheirapplicability.Range-freealgorithms,ontheotherhand,userelativepositioninginformation,suchasangleorconnectivity,todeterminethenodelocations.However,thesealgorithmssufferfromloweraccuracycomparedtorange-basedmethods. Inrecentyears,therehasbeengrowinginterestinlocalizationalgorithmsbasedonReceivedSignalStrengthIndicator(RSSI)measurements.RSSIisaparameterthatcharacterizesthesignalstrengthofaradiofrequency(RF)signal,anditcanbeobtainedbyeachnodeinthenetworkwithoutanyspecialhardwareorsynchronization.Therefore,RSSI-basedalgorithmsareattractiveforWSNlocalizationapplications. Inthispaper,weproposeanRSSI-basedalgorithmforself-localizationofsensornodesinWSNs.ThealgorithmisbasedontheideathattheRSSIvaluesbetweennodesinanetworkareinverselyproportionaltothedistancebetweenthem.Byusingasetofdistanceequations,wecanestimatethepositionsofthenodesinanetwork.Inthefollowing
