咔唑衍生物在有机电致发光材料中的研究进展 Abstract: Organicelectroluminescence(EL)materialshavebecomeahotresearchtopicinthefieldofoptoelectronics.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentoforganicELmaterialsbasedoncarbazolederivativeshasattractedmoreandmoreattention,mainlyduetotheirexcellentthermalstability,highluminescenceefficiency,andeasyprocessing.Thispaperreviewstheresearchprogressoncarbazolederivativesinorganicelectroluminescencematerials,includingtheirstructuresandproperties,syntheticmethods,andapplicationsinOLEDs.Itisexpectedtoprovideinsightintothedevelopmentanddesignofnewcarbazolederivativesforuseinorganicelectronicdevices. Introduction: Organicelectronicdevicesbasedonorganicelectroluminescence(OEL)technologyhavegreatpotentialinthefieldsoflighting,displays,andenergyharvestingduetotheirfascinatingfeaturessuchaslowcost,flexibility,andeaseofprocessing.TheperformanceofOELdevicesdependslargelyonthematerialsused.Inthepastfewdecades,alargegroupoforganicmoleculeshavebeenextensivelystudiedasluminescentmaterialsforOELapplications,includingvariousderivativesoftriphenylamine,fluorine,andcarbazole. CarbazolederivativeshavebecomepopularbuildingblocksforOELmaterialsduetotheirrelativelysimpleandflexiblemolecularstructureswithexcellentthermalstability,highluminescenceefficiency,andgoodfilm-formingproperties.Moreover,carbazolederivativescaneasilybemodifiedtotunetheirphysicalandphotophysicalproperties,enablingfinecontrolofdeviceperformance.Inthisreview,theresearchprogressoncarbazolederivativesinOELmaterialsissummarizedintermsoftheirstructures,syntheticmethods,andapplicationsinOLEDs. StructuresandProperties: Carbazoleisatricyclicaromaticcompoundwithaplanarstructure,consistingoftwoconjugatedbenzeneringsconnectedbyanitrogen-containingpyrrolering.Awiderangeofcarbazolederivatives,suchasarylcarbazoles,diarylcarbazoles,andpolymericcarbazoles,havebeensynthesizedandinvestigatedforOELmaterials.Substitutingthenitrogenatomsorbenzeneringsofcarbazolewithsuitablefunctionalgroupscanleadtovariousphysicalandphotophysicalchange
