一种基于PMAC的非连续卷绕张力控制方法 Title:APMAC-BasedNon-ContinuousWindingTensionControlMethod Abstract: Non-continuouswindingreferstoamethodofwindingthatinvolvesintermittentwindingratherthancontinuouswinding.Thispaperproposesatensioncontrolmethodfornon-continuouswindingbasedonPermanentMagnetAC(PMAC)technology.Theobjectiveofthisstudyistodeveloparobustandefficienttensioncontrolstrategyfornon-continuouswindingprocesses,takingintoconsiderationtherequirementsofaccuracy,stability,andadaptability.TheproposedmethodutilizestheadvantagesofthePMACsystemintermsofhightorquedensity,highprecision,andexcellentdynamicresponsetoachieveaccurateandstabletensioncontrolduringthewindingprocess.ExperimentalresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessandsuperiorityoftheproposedPMAC-basedtensioncontrolmethodfornon-continuouswindingapplications.
