用于牙种植体的纯钛表面改性研究 Title:SurfaceModificationsofPureTitaniumforDentalImplantOsseointegration Abstract: Dentalimplantshaverevolutionizedthefieldofrestorativedentistry,providingastableandlong-lastingsolutionforreplacingmissingteeth.However,achievingsuccessfulosseointegration,thedirectstructuralandfunctionalconnectionbetweentheimplantandthesurroundingbone,remainsachallenge.Surfacemodificationsofpuretitaniumimplantshavebeenextensivelystudiedtoenhanceosseointegration.Inthispaper,wereviewtheresearchonvarioussurfacemodificationtechniquesusedtoimprovetheperformanceofpuretitaniumfordentalimplantapplications. 1.Introduction Thesuccessofdentalimplantsdependsontheabilityoftheimplanttoestablishastrongbondwiththesurroundingbonetissue.Puretitaniumhasbeenwidelyusedasanimplantmaterialduetoitsexcellentbiocompatibilityandcorrosionresistance.However,therelativelysmoothsurfaceofpuretitaniumimplantshinderstheirintegrationwiththebone.Surfacemodificationsareemployedtoenhanceosseointegrationbyimprovingbonecelladhesion,proliferation,anddifferentiation,promotingearlyboneformation,andreducingthehealingtime. 2.PhysicalSurfaceModifications 2.1.Sandblasting Sandblastingisamechanicalsurfacemodificationtechniquethatinvolvespropellingabrasiveparticlesontotheimplantsurfacetocreatearoughenedtopography.Thistechniqueenhancesosseointegrationbyincreasingthesurfaceareaavailableforcelladhesionandpromotingproteinadsorption. 2.2.Acid-Etching Acid-etchinginvolvestheuseofdifferentacids,suchashydrochloricacidorsulfuricacid,toroughentheimplantsurface.Thismethodimprovesosseointegrationbyremovingthesurfaceoxidelayersandcreatingamicroporousstructurethatenhancescellattachmentandstimulatesboneformation. 3.ChemicalSurfaceModifications 3.1.TitaniumPlasmaSpray(TPS) TPSisatechniquewherepuretitaniumparticlesareheatedandsprayedontotheimplantsurface.Thismethodroughenstheimplantsurfaceandcreatesaporousstructure,promotingbonecelladhesionandproliferation. 3.2.Anodization Anodizationinvolvestheelectrochemicaloxidationoftheimplantsur
