高校ARP问题现状分析 Abstract: AddressResolutionProtocol(ARP)isanessentialprotocolusedinlocalareanetworkstoestablishacorrespondencebetweenthephysicaladdressandtheIPaddressofanetworkdevice.However,ARPsecurityweaknessesarebeingincreasinglyexploited,makingtheprotocolvulnerabletoattacks.Inthispaper,weanalyzethecurrentstateofARPproblemsinuniversitiesandcollegesandproposestrategiestomitigatetheseissues. Introduction: Asthenumberofcomputersandnetworkdevicesincreasesinuniversitiesandcolleges,ithasbecomeessentialtomaintainanefficientandsecurenetworkenvironment.TheARPisasignificantpartofthenetworkstack,responsiblefortranslatinglogicalIPaddressestophysicalMACaddresses.ItisusedinallEthernetnetworkstolinkthephysicalandnetworklayers.However,ARP'sprotocoldesignhasseveralinherentvulnerabilitiesthatcanbeexploitedbyattackers,makingitapopulartargetforNetwork-basedattacks.Thispaper'sobjectiveistoanalyzethecurrentstateofARPproblemsinuniversitiesandcollegesandproposestrategiestomitigatetheseissues. ARPVulnerabilitiesinUniversitiesandColleges: ManyARPvulnerabilitiesexistintheuniversityandcollegenetworks,makingthempronetobreaches.ThefollowingaresomeofthemostcommonARPproblems: 1.ARPSpoofingAttacks: OneofthecommonARPattacksinuniversitiesisthespoofingattack.Inthisattack,theattackersendsARPmessageswithafalseMACaddressthatisassociatedwiththevictim’sIPaddress.Consequently,alldatapackagessentfromthevictimareredirectedtotheattacker,allowingthemtocaptureoralterthedata. 2.ARPCachePoisoning: TheARPcachepoisoningattackoccurswhenanattackeroverwritesthelegitimateARPtable'sentriesandreplacesthemwiththeirIPaddressandMACaddress.Whenthevictimsendsdatatotheattacker'sIPaddress,thedataismisdirectedand,ineffect,resultsinadenialofservice(DoS)attack. 3.ARPFlooding: IntheARPfloodingattack,anattackersendsalargenumberofARPrequests,overloadingthenetworkswitches,causinganetworkoutageoraDoSattack.
