排卵相关基因表达水平与湖羊繁殖性能的关系研究 Title:RelationshipBetweenOvulation-RelatedGeneExpressionLevelsandReproductivePerformanceinHuSheep Abstract: Thecurrentstudyaimedtoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweentheexpressionlevelsofovulation-relatedgenesandreproductiveperformanceinHusheep.Husheepisapopularbreedknownforitshighreproductiveperformance.Understandingthegeneticfactorsthatinfluenceovulationcanprovidevaluableinsightsintoimprovingsheepbreedingstrategiesandenhancingreproductiveefficiency. Introduction: Reproductiveperformanceisacriticaltraitinlivestockbreedingprograms,influencingtheefficiencyandsustainabilityofsheepproduction.Inparticular,therateofsuccessfulovulationplaysapivotalroleindeterminingthenumberoflambsproduced.Athoroughunderstandingofthegeneticfactors,suchastheexpressionlevelsofovulation-relatedgenes,cancontributetoenhancingreproductiveperformanceinsheep. MaterialsandMethods: AsampleofHusheepwasselectedforthisstudy.Thereproductiveperformanceofthesheepwasevaluatedthroughvariousparameters,includingovulationrate,fertility,andlittersize.Bloodsampleswerecollectedfromtheselectedanimals,andtheexpressionlevelsofovulation-relatedgeneswereanalyzedusingquantitativereal-timePCR(qPCR)orothersuitablemoleculartechniques.Statisticalanalyseswereperformedtoestablishcorrelationsbetweenthegeneexpressionlevelsandreproductiveparameters. Results: Preliminaryresultsfromourstudyrevealedsignificantvariationsintheexpressionlevelsofovulation-relatedgenesamongHusheepwithdifferentreproductiveperformance.Apositivecorrelationwasobservedbetweenhighgeneexpressionlevelsandfavorablereproductivetraits,suchasincreasedovulationrate,fertility,andlittersize.Furthermore,specificgenevariantswereidentifiedthatexhibitedstrongassociationswiththereproductiveperformanceofthesheep,suggestingtheirpotentialasgeneticmarkersforimprovedbreedingselectionstrategies.
