利用Micro-CT研究大鼠脊髓微循环的形态学 Abstract Themorphologyofthespinalcordmicrocirculationplaysacrucialroleinthefunctioningofthecentralnervoussystem.Inthisstudy,weaimedtoinvestigatethemorphologyofthemicrocirculationinthespinalcordofratsusingMicro-CTimaging.WehypothesizedthatMicro-CTcanprovidehigh-resolutioninformationaboutthestructureandorganizationofthespinalcordmicrovasculature. Introduction Themicrocirculationofthespinalcordincludesacomplexnetworkofbloodvesselsthatensuresthedeliveryofoxygenandnutrientstotheneuraltissue.Anydisruptioninthemicrocirculationcanleadtoneurologicaldisordersandimpairments.Understandingthemorphologyofthespinalcordmicrocirculationisthereforevitalforunderstandingnormalphysiologicalprocessesandpathologicalconditions. Methods Adultratswereusedinthisstudy.Theanimalswereeuthanized,andthespinalcordwascarefullydissectedout.ThesampleswerefixedandpreparedforMicro-CTimaging.TheMicro-CTscanswereperformedusingahigh-resolutionscanner,andimageswerereconstructedusingappropriatesoftware.Themicrovasculatureofthespinalcordwasvisualizedusingcontrastagents. Results TheMicro-CTimagingrevealedtheintricatenetworkofbloodvesselswithinthespinalcord.Themicrovesselsexhibitedvariousdiametersandbranchingpatterns.Thearteriolesandvenuleswereobservedtobedenselypackedinthegraymatter,whilecapillariesweredistributedthroughoutthespinalcord.Theimagingalsoshowedthepresenceofanastomosesandcollateralvessels,suggestingredundancyinthemicrocirculation. Discussion Micro-CTimagingprovidesapowerfultoolforstudyingthemorphologyofthespinalcordmicrocirculation.Thehigh-resolutionimagesobtainedrevealimportantdetailsabouttheorganization,density,andperfusionpatternsofthemicrovasculature.Thepresenceofanastomosesandcollateralvesselsindicatesarobustcompensatorymechanismthatensuresadequatebloodsupplyeveninthecaseofvesselocclusionordamage.Thedistributionofbloodvesselswithinthegrayandwhitemattersuggestsfunctionalspecializationanddifferentmetabolicdemandsintheseregions.
