MethodsandMaterials: Toinvestigatetheimpactofdifferentadhesivesandcoatingfrequenciesondentinbondstrength,acomprehensiveliteraturereviewwasconducted.Studiesfromrenowneddentaljournalsandpeer-reviewedliteraturewereanalyzedtoextractrelevantdata.Theinclusioncriteriaforselectingstudiesincluded:experimentalstudies,invitrostudies,studiesinvestigatingdentinbondstrength,andstudiesthatcompareddifferentadhesivesandcoatingfrequencies.Basedonthesecriteria,aselectionofrelevantstudieswaschosenforanalysis. Results: Theselectedstudiesrevealedthatdifferentadhesivesystemsandcoatingfrequenciesexertedvaryingeffectsondentinbondstrength.Severalfactorswereidentifiedasinfluencingthebondstrength,includingadhesivetype,adhesiveapplicationtechnique,anddentinpretreatment. AdhesiveType:Thetypeofadhesiveusedsignificantlyaffectsdentinbondstrength.Studiescomparedetch-and-rinseadhesives,self-etchadhesives,anduniversaladhesives.Whileetch-and-rinseadhesivesshowedhigherbondstrengthinitially,theyweremorepronetodegradationovertime.Self-etchadhesivesdemonstratedgoodinitialbondstrengthandexhibitedimprovedlong-termstability.Universaladhesives,anewercategory,showedpromisingresults,combiningthebenefitsofbothself-etchandetch-and-rinseadhesives.
