长10原油析蜡特性分析及化学防蜡剂筛选 Introduction Crudeoilisacomplexmixtureofhydrocarbonsthatcontainsawiderangeoforganiccompounds,includingparaffins(wax),naphthenes,andaromatics.Waxisamajorproblemintheproductionandtransportationofcrudeoilbecauseitcancauseblockagesinpipelines,valves,andotherequipment.Thenormalboilingpointrangeofparaffinwaxisbetween60°Cand100°C,whichmakesitsolidifyatambienttemperatures.Theformationanddepositionofwaxinoilpipelinesandstoragetanksareinfluencedbyseveralfactors,includingthewaxcontentofcrudeoil,thetemperature,pressure,flowrate,andcompositionofthefluid.Thisstudyaimstoanalyzethewaxcontentandcharacteristicsofcrudeoilandscreenforsuitablechemicalinhibitorstopreventwaxdeposition. Methods ThecrudeoilsampleusedinthisstudywascollectedfromtheLong10oilfieldinChina.Thephysicalpropertiesoftheoil,includingthewaxcontent,weredeterminedusingstandardmethods,suchasASTMD323,ASTMD97,andASTMD2500.Thewaxappearancetemperature(WAT)wasmeasuredusinganautomaticcloudandpourpointanalyzer(CCP-5,Stanhope-Seta).Aseriesofchemicalinhibitors,includingpourpointdepressants(PPDs)andwaxcrystalmodifiers(WCMs),wereevaluatedaspotentialtreatmentstopreventwaxdeposition.ThePPDstestedincludedpolyacrylates,alkylphenolethoxylates,andcopolymersofethyleneandpropylene.TheWCMstestedincludedethylene-vinylacetatecopolymersandethylene-acrylicacidcopolymers.TheeffectivenessoftheseinhibitorswasassessedbymeasuringtheWATandpourpointofthetreatedoilsamples. ResultsandDiscussion ThecrudeoilfromtheLong10oilfieldhadawaxcontentof25%,whichisrelativelyhighandincreasestheriskofwaxdeposition.TheWAToftheoilwas54°C,andthepourpointwas33°C,indicatingthattheoilissusceptibletowaxdepositionatlowtemperatures.TheresultsofthechemicalinhibitorscreeningindicatedthatthecopolymerofethyleneandpropylenewasthemosteffectivePPD,reducingtheWATby5°Candthepourpointby3°C.Theethylene-acrylicacidcopolymerwasthemosteffectiveWCM,reducingtheWATby7°Candthepourpointby4°C. Conclusion CrudeoilfromtheLong10oilfieldhasahighwaxcontentandissusceptibletowaxdepos
