K波段串馈微带贴片天线设计分析 Introduction: K-bandisamicrowavefrequencybandthatliesintherangeof18-26.5GHz.Withtheriseofwirelesstechnology,thedemandforK-bandapplicationshasgrownrapidly.Microwavesaretransmittedandreceivedusingantennas.Antennasplayavitalroleinthewirelesssystemsforpropertransmissionandreceptionofsignals.Themicrostrippatchantennaisapopularchoiceofantennaduetoitslowprofile,reducedcomplexity,andeaseoffabrication.ThispaperdiscussesthedesignandanalysisofK-Bandmicrostrippatchantennas. Design: ThedesignoftheK-BandmicrostrippatchantennaisperformedusingtheHFSSsoftware.Thepatchismadeupofarectangularshapemetallicplatethatisplacedontopofagroundeddielectricsubstrate.Thedimensionsofthepatcharecalculatedusingtheguidelinesofmicrostrippatchantennadesign.ThelengthLandwidthWofthepatcharecalculatedbythefollowingequations: L=C/2f W=C/2f WhereCisthespeedoflight,fistheresonantfrequencyofthepatch. Themicrostrippatchantennasrequireasuitablegroundplaneforefficientoperation.ThesubstrateischosenasRogersRT/duroid5880,whichhasadielectricconstantof2.2andathicknessof0.5mm.Thepatchisplacedatadistanceof0.05mmfromthegroundplaneresultinginthesubstratethicknessof0.6mm. Therectangularpatchischosenastheradiatingelementasitoffershighradiationefficiencyandabroadbandwidth.ThedimensionsofthepatcharecalculatedasL=3.64mmandW=3.16mmforaresonantfrequencyof23GHz. Analysis: TheK-Bandmicrostrippatchantennaisanalyzedforitsvariousparameters.ThesimulationresultsareobtainedusingtheHFSSsoftware.Theradiationpatternisstudiedforafrequencyrangeof18-26.5GHz.ThesimulationsshowthattheantennahasabroadsideradiationpatternintheEplaneandhasahigh-gainvalueof5.2dB.TheEplaneradiationpatternisshowninFigure1.
