聚酯织物表面耐用超疏水涂层的制备及在油水分离中的应用(英文) PreparationofDurableSuperhydrophobicCoatingsonPolyesterFabricsandTheirApplicationsinOil-WaterSeparation Introduction: Polyesterfabricsarewidelyusedindailylifeduetotheirexcellentproperties,suchashighstrengthandabrasionresistance.However,thehydrophilicnatureofpolyesterfabricsmakesthemdifficulttouseinoil-waterseparationapplications.Toovercomethischallenge,superhydrophobiccoatingshavebeendevelopedtorepelwaterandcreateahydrophobicsurface.Inthisstudy,wedevelopedadurablesuperhydrophobiccoatingonpolyesterfabricsandinvestigatedtheirapplicationsinoil-waterseparation. ExperimentalDetails: Polyesterfabricswerefirsttreatedwithsulfuricacidtocreatemicro-nanostructuredsurfaces.Then,alayeroffluorosilanewasdepositedonthesurfaceofthepolyesterfabricsbythechemicalvapordepositionmethod.Theroughnessandcontactangleofthepolyesterfabricsweremeasuredbyscanningelectronmicroscopyandacontactanglemeter,respectively.Thedurabilityofthecoatingwasevaluatedusingafrictiontest,durabilitytest,andwashingtest. ResultsandDiscussion: Thesurfacemorphologyofthepolyesterfabricchangedaftersulfuricacidtreatment.Thecoatingofthefluorosilaneonthepolyesterfabricsincreasedthesurfaceroughnessandthecontactangle.Thecontactangleincreasedfrom0°to168°,indicatingasuperhydrophobicitysurfaceformed.Thedurabilitytestshowedthatthepolyesterfabricretaineditssuperhydrophobicityaftermultiplefrictiontests,aswellaswashingcycles.Thecoatedpolyesterfabricsweretestedforoil-waterseparation.Thecoatedfabricshowedexcellentseparationefficiencyandoilsorptioncapacity. Conclusion: Adurablesuperhydrophobiccoatingwassuccessfullypreparedonpolyesterfabricsbyachemicalvapordepositionmethod.Thecoatingexhibitedexcellentdurabilityandstabilitywhensubjectedtofrictionandwashingtests.Thecoatedfabricsshowedexcellentoil-waterseparationproperties,whichmakesitapromisingmaterialforenvironmentalprotectionapplications.
