磺酸功能化离子液体催化不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的环氧化研究(英文) Title:CatalyticEpoxidationofUnsaturatedFattyAcidMethylEstersusingSulfonicAcidFunctionalizedIonicLiquids Abstract: Theepoxidationofunsaturatedfattyacidmethylestersisanimportantindustrialprocessfortheproductionofepoxidizedvegetableoils,whicharewidelyusedasplasticizers,stabilizers,lubricants,andsurfacecoatings.However,traditionalepoxidationmethodsusinghazardousreagentsandsolventshaveseriousenvironmentalandhealthconcerns.Ionicliquids(ILs)haveemergedaspromisinggreensolventsandcatalystsforvariouschemicaltransformations,includingepoxyfunctionalizationofunsaturatedcompounds.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthecatalyticperformanceofasulfonicacidfunctionalizedIL,namely1-(4-sulfobutyl)-3-methylimidazoliumhydrogensulfate([SbMim][HSO4]),fortheepoxidationofmethyloleate(MO)andmethyllinoleate(ML). Experimental: The[SbMim][HSO4]wassynthesizedbythereactionof1-methylimidazolewith1,4-butanesultone,followedbyprotonationwithsulfuricacid.TheILwascharacterizedbyFT-IR,1H-NMR,andTGAanalyses,whichconfirmedthepresenceofsulfonicacidmoietiesandhighthermalstabilityupto250°C.TheepoxidationofMOandMLwascarriedoutusinghydrogenperoxide(H2O2)asanoxidantandaceticacid(AcOH)asaco-solventinthepresenceof[SbMim][HSO4].ThereactionconditionswereoptimizedbychangingthemolarratioofH2O2tounsaturatedfattyacidmethylester,theamountofIL,thereactiontemperature,andthereactiontime.Theproductswereanalyzedbygaschromatographyandmassspectrometry. ResultsandDiscussion: The[SbMim][HSO4]ILexhibitedhighcatalyticactivityfortheepoxidationofMOandML,withconversionratesexceeding95%and85%,respectively,after6hofreactionat70°Cunderoptimizedconditions(molarratioofH2O2toMO/ML:1/1,ILloading:10mol%,AcOH/H2O2/IL:1/1/0.5v/v/v).Theepoxidecontent(EC)oftheproductswasdeterminedby1H-NMRanalysis,whichshowedECvaluesof96.4%forMOand90.3%forML.TheILcouldbeeasilyrecoveredandreusedforatleast4cycleswithoutsignificantlossofcatalyticactivity.
