研究生创新能力培养探讨 Abstract: Thedevelopmentofinnovationabilityisbecomingincreasinglyimportantforgraduatestudentsastheyheadintotheworkforceorpursuefurtheracademicstudies.Thispaperexploresthewaysinwhichgraduatestudentscancultivateandenhancetheirinnovationabilities,includingthroughexperientiallearning,interdisciplinarycollaboration,andentrepreneurialism.Ultimately,itarguesthatfosteringinnovationskillswillnotonlybenefittheindividualgraduatestudent,butalsocontributetotheoveralleconomicandsocialdevelopmentofoursociety. Introduction: Theneedforinnovationcapabilityhasincreasedsignificantlyinrecenttimesduetotherapiddevelopmentandtransformationofoureconomyandculture.Theroleofgraduatestudentsinfosteringinnovationhasbecomemoreimportantthaneverbefore.Graduatestudentsmustbeequippedwiththerightskillsandknowledgetobeabletorisetothischallenge.Thispaperdiscussestheimportanceofdevelopinginnovationskillsforgraduatestudents,andhowtheycanbetrainedandnurtured. WhyisInnovationImportantforGraduateStudents?
