环境规制对经济增长方式转变的影响——基于省际面板数据的研究
摘要
环境规制是指国家或地方政府制定的环境保护相关法规、政策、标准、规划等，以保障公民和自然环境的健康与安全。在经济发展过程中，环境规制对经济增长方式转变具有重要作用。本文基于省际面板数据，运用多元线性回归模型研究得出，环境规制水平与经济增长方式呈现倒U型曲线关系，环保资金使用效率与经济增长方式呈正相关，环境裁判质量与经济增长方式呈负相关。因此，环境规制对经济增长方式转变产生了重要影响。

Introduction
Environmentalregulationreferstothelaws,policies,standards,andplansrelatedtoenvironmentalprotectionformulatedbynationalorlocalgovernmentstosafeguardthehealthandsafetyofcitizensandthenaturalenvironment.Intheprocessofeconomicdevelopment,environmentalregulationsplayanimportantroleinthetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.Withtheaccelerationofindustrialization,urbanization,andglobalization,environmentalpollutionhasbecomeincreasinglyserious,whichhasseriouslyaffectedthequalityofhumanlifeandeconomicdevelopment.Inordertoachievesustainabledevelopment,itisnecessarytopromotethetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodelsthroughenvironmentalregulation.
ResearchMethod
Thispaperusespaneldatafrom31provincesandmunicipalitiesinChinaovertheperiodof2005-2018tostudytheimpactofenvironmentalregulationonthetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.Thekeyvariablesincludeenvironmentalregulationlevel,greeninvestmentefficiency,environmentaljudgmentquality,andeconomicgrowthmodel.Weusethemultiplelinearregressionmodeltoanalyzethedataandtestthehypothesis.
Results
TheresultsshowthatthereisaninvertedU-shapedcurverelationshipbetweenthelevelofenvironmentalregulationandthetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.Whenthelevelofenvironmentalregulationreachesacertainthreshold,itwillpromotethetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.However,ifthelevelofenvironmentalregulationistoohigh,itmayhinderthetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.Inaddition,theresultsshowthattheefficiencyofgreeninvestmentispositivelyrelatedtothetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.Thehighertheefficiencyofgreeninvestment,themoreconducivetothetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.Furthermore,thequalityofenvironmentaljudgmentisnegativelyrelatedtothetransformationofeconomicgrowthmodels.Thelowe
