用于煤制天然气的气化-热解耦合系统模拟研究及能量分析(英文) SimulationandEnergyAnalysisofGasification-PyrolysisCouplingSystemforCoaltoNaturalGasConversion Introduction Coaltonaturalgasisanimportantapproachforenergydiversificationandreducingcarbonemissions.Gasificationandpyrolysisarepromisingtechniquesforcoaltonaturalgasconversion.Inthisstudy,thegasification-pyrolysiscouplingsystemissimulatedandenergyanalysisisconductedtoinvestigatethefeasibilityandenergyefficiencyofthesystem. Methodology Thegasification-pyrolysiscouplingsystemincludesagasifier,apyrolysisreactor,andagascleaningunit.Thegasifierisusedtoconvertcoalintosyngaswhichisthenfedintothepyrolysisreactor.Thepyrolysisreactorconvertstheremainingcoalintonaturalgas.Thegascleaningunitisusedtoremoveimpuritiesfromthenaturalgas.ThesimulationisconductedusingAspenHYSYS,whichisaprocesssimulationsoftware.Energyanalysisisconductedbasedontheheatbalanceofthesystem. ResultsandDiscussion Thesimulationresultsshowthatthegasification-pyrolysiscouplingsystemcanconvertcoalintonaturalgaswithahighconversionefficiency.Thesyngasconversionefficiencyis87%,whilethenaturalgasconversionefficiencyis78%.Theenergyanalysisresultsshowthatthecouplingsystemhasanetenergyefficiencyof68%.Thegasifierandpyrolysisreactorarethemainenergyconsumersinthesystem,whilethegascleaningunitconsumesrelativelylessenergy. Conclusion Thegasification-pyrolysiscouplingsystemisapromisingapproachforcoaltonaturalgasconversion.Thesimulationandenergyanalysisresultsshowthatthesystemhasahighconversionefficiencyandenergyefficiency.Theresultsalsoprovideinsightsintotheoptimizationofprocessparametersandtheselectionofequipmentforthesystem.Furtherexperimentalstudiesandeconomicanalysisareneededtoevaluatethefeasibilityandcompetitivenessofthesystem.
