水热合成法制备纳米CeO_2薄膜及其抗紫外性能研究(英文) PreparationofNanoscaleCeO2FilmbyHydrothermalSynthesisandInvestigationofItsAnti-UVPerformance Introduction Ceriumoxide(CeO2)isawidelyusedrare-earthmetaloxideduetoitsuniqueproperties,suchashighoxygenstoragecapacity,excellentcatalyticactivity,andgoodchemicalstability.Withthedevelopmentofnanotechnology,highlydispersedanduniformCeO2nanoparticleshavebeensynthesizedbyvariousmethods,includingsol-gel,hydrothermal,andmicrowave-assistedsynthesis.ThehydrothermalmethodisapromisingwaytopreparenanoscaleCeO2filmsduetoitslowcost,simpleoperation,andhighyield.Inthisstudy,nanoscaleCeO2filmswerepreparedbyhydrothermalsynthesis,andtheiranti-UVperformancewasinvestigated. ExperimentalSection SynthesisofNanoscaleCeO2Film NanoscaleCeO2filmwaspreparedbyahydrothermalmethod.TheCe(NO3)3solutionwasfirstlypreparedbydissolvingceriumnitratehexahydrate(Ce(NO3)3·6H2O)indeionizedwater.Then,0.1MNaOHsolutionwasaddedintotheCe(NO3)3solutionundervigorousstirringuntilthepHvaluereached12.Afterthat,themixturewastransferredintoaTeflon-linedstainless-steelautoclaveandhydrothermallytreatedat120°Cfor8h.Afterthereaction,theas-synthesizedproductwascollectedbycentrifugationandwashedseveraltimeswithdeionizedwaterandabsoluteethanol.Finally,thenanoscaleCeO2filmwasobtainedbyspin-coatingtheproductontoaglasssubstrateandannealingat500°Cfor2h. CharacterizationofNanoscaleCeO2Film ThemorphologyandstructureofthenanoscaleCeO2filmwerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andX-raydiffraction(XRD).Theanti-UVperformanceofthenanoscaleCeO2filmwasinvestigatedbymeasuringthetransmittancespectraofthefilmbeforeandafterUVirradiation.TheUVirradiationwasconductedbyusingaUVlampwithawavelengthof254nmandapowerof8Wfor12h.
