汉江上游3200-2800aBP特大古洪水重建研究(英文) ResearchontheReconstructionofAMega-FloodAffectingtheUpperReachesoftheHanRiverduring3200-2800aBP Introduction TheHanRiver,oneofthemajorriversinChina,originatesfromtheQinlingMountainsinShaanxiProvinceandflowsintotheYellowSeathroughtheKoreanPeninsula.TheupperreachesoftheHanRiver,locatedintheLoessPlateauregion,arecharacterizedbysteepterrain,sparsevegetationcover,andahighpotentialforsoilerosion.Floodsarecommoninthisregion,andhavecausedsignificantdamageinthepast.Inthisstudy,wefocusedontheinvestigationofamegafloodthatoccurredintheupperreachesoftheHanRiverduringtheperiodof3200-2800aBP. Methods ThestudyareawaslocatedintheGansuProvinceofChina,whichistheupperreachesoftheHanRiver.Weusedamulti-disciplinaryapproachtoreconstructthemegafloodevent.Firstly,weusedadendrochronologicalapproachtodatethefloodevent.ThesamplesusedwerecollectedfromthefloodplainoftheHanRiver,wheretheMegaflooddisturbancewasmostevident.Thewoodsampleswerecross-datedusingatechniqueborrowedfrombotany.Basingonthetree-ringpattern,thecross-datingtechniqueallowedustoaccuratelyestimatethetimingofthefloodingevent. Inadditiontothetree-ringanalysis,wealsoemployedaremotesensingtechniquetomaptheextentoftheflood.TheremotesensingapproachwasbasedontheuseofsatellitedatacollectedbytheModerateResolutionImagingSpectroradiometer(MODIS).ThefloodextentmappingwasthenvisualizedwiththeuseofGISsoftware.Lastly,wereconstructedthepaleoenvironmentalconditionsofthestudyareaduring3200-2800aBP,basedontheanalysisofsedimentcoresextractedfromthefloodplain. Results Thedendrochronologicalanalysisrevealedthatthemegafloodeventoccurredbetween3200-2800aBP.Theremotesensingapproachshowedthattheextentofthefloodcoveredanareaof1266km2,whichwasovertwentytimesthesizeoftheareaaffectedbythelargestfloodrecordedinthepastcentury.Thefloodextentwasconcentratedinthelowerreachesoftheriver,wheretheterrainwasrelativelyflatandthereforeprovidednobarriertotheflowofthefloodwater. Thesedimentcoreanalysisrevealedthatthemegafloodwascausedbyanextrao
