Introduction Theexhaustsystemusuallyconsistsofamanifold,catalyticconverter,muffler,andatailpipe.Thevibrationoftheexhaustsystemisaseriousproblemthatoftenoccursduetovariousfactorssuchastheenginevibrationfrequency,thedesignoftheexhaustsystem,andthematerialusedinthemanufactureoftheexhaustsystemcomponents.Thevibrationoftheexhaustsystemnotonlycausesnoisepollutionbutalsoaffectstheperformanceofacarandmayresultinexpensivedamagetoothercarcomponents.Therefore,itisessentialtounderstandthecausesandeffectsoftheexhaustsystemvibrationandthewaystomitigatetheproblem.
