GreyRelationalAnalysis(GRA): Greyrelationalanalysis,developedbyDengJulong,isapowerfultoolforevaluatingthecorrelationbetweendifferentfactors.Unliketraditionalstatisticalmethods,GRAissuitableforanalyzingsystemswithlimitedorincompleteinformation.GRAcalculatesthegreyrelationalcoefficient(GRC)betweenthereferencesequenceandthecorrespondingcomparativesequence.ThehighertheGRCvalue,thestrongertherelationshipbetweenthetwosequences.GRAhasbeenwidelyappliedinvariousfields,includingengineering,economics,andmanagement. AnalyticHierarchyProcess(AHP): Theanalytichierarchyprocess,developedbyThomasSaaty,isamulti-criteriadecision-makingmethodusedtodealwithcomplexdecisionsbasedonmultiplecriteriaandalternatives.AHPdecomposesadecisionproblemintoahierarchyofcriteria,sub-criteria,andalternatives,allowingthedecision-makertoassignrelativeweightstoeachelementandmakearationaldecision.ThecombinationofAHPandGRAprovidesasystematicapproachtoassessmachiningprocessperformance. Methodology: 1.Establishahierarchyofevaluationcriteria:Theevaluationcriteriaformechanicalmachiningprocessperformanceinthisstudyincludesurfaceroughness,machiningaccuracy,processingtime,toollife,andcuttingforce.Thesecriteriaarerankedaccordingtotheirimportancetotheoverallprocessperformance. 2.Collectdata:Aseriesofmachiningexperimentsareconductedtocollectdataondifferentfactors,suchasspindlespeed,feedrate,depthofcut,toolmaterial,andcoolanttype.Thesedatarepresentthecomparat
