基于缺氧厌氧好氧后缺氧工艺的活性污泥模型的校正及验证(英文) Inrecentyears,therehasbeenagrowinginterestinwastewatertreatmentusingtheanaerobic-anoxic-aerobic(A2O)process,whichemploysacombinationofanaerobic,anoxic,andaerobicstages.Thisprocessisbasedontheprinciplethatwastewaterundergoesdifferenttypesofmicrobialdegradationinthesethreestages.TheA2Oprocesshasseveraladvantagesoverconventionalwastewatertreatmentprocesses,includingreducedenergyconsumptionandhigherremovalratesoforganiccarbon,nitrogen,andphosphorus.Inthisstudy,wedevelopedandvalidatedanactivatedsludgemodel(ASM)basedontheanaerobic-anoxic-aerobic(A2O)processtoimprovetheefficiencyofwastewatertreatment. TheASMusedinthisstudywasdividedintothreestages:theanaerobic,anoxic,andaerobicstages.Intheanaerobicstage,organicmatterisbrokendownintosimplercompoundsbymicroorganismsunderanaerobicconditions.Thisstageisrepresentedbytwoprocesses:hydrolysisandacidogenesis.Duringtheanoxicstage,microorganismsconvertnitrateandnitritetonitrogengasintheabsenceofoxygen.Thisisdonethroughtheprocessofdenitrification,whichisaccomplishedbyheterotrophicbacteria.Finally,intheaerobicstage,microorganismsconsumetheremainingorganicmatterandconvertammoniatonitrateunderaerobicconditions.Thisstageisrepresentedbytwoprocesses:nitrificationandoxidization. TocalibrateandvalidatetheASM,weuseddatacollectedfromafull-scalewastewatertreatmentplantthatemployedtheanaerobic-anoxic-aerobic(A2O)process.Thedataincludedwastewaterflowrate,influentparameters(COD,TN,TP),andeffluentparameters(COD,TN,TP).WethenusedaniterativeprocesstocalibratetheASMandobtainthebestfitbetweenthepredictedandobserveddata. TheresultsofourstudyshowthatthecalibratedASMwasabletopredictthebehavioroftheA2Oprocesswithreasonableaccuracy.TheASMwasabletopredicttheinfluentandeffluentconcentrationsofCOD,TN,andTPwithanerroroflessthan15%.Moreover,byusingthecalibratedmodel,wewereabletoidentifythekeyfactorsaffectingtheefficiencyoftheA2Oprocess,suchashydraulicretentiontime,aerationrate,andinfluentnutrientconcentrations. Inconclusion,thisstud
