某车辆动力总成异常振动分析与改进 Abstract Intoday'sautomobileindustry,vehiclevibrationisawell-knownphenomenonthatcangreatlyaffectthequalityofacar.Thispaperaimstoanalyseandimprovetheabnormalvibrationofacertainvehiclepowertrain. Introduction Vehiclevibrationisacomplexandmultifacetedphenomenonthatcanbecausedbyseveralfactorssuchasengineimbalance,wornbearings,transmissionissues,tirewear,andsuspensionproblems.Itcanleadtodiscomfortandfatigueforpassengers,decreasedfuelefficiency,andevenstructuraldamagetothevehicle.Thepurposeofthispaperistoanalyseandimprovetheabnormalvibrationofapowertrainofaspecificvehicle. Analysis Thefirststepinidentifyingthesourceofthevibrationistoisolatethelocationoftheabnormality.Theabnormalvibrationwasprimarilyfeltthroughthefloorandthesteeringwheelatlowspeeds.Basedonthesefindings,thepowertrainwasidentifiedasthemostlikelycandidateforthesourceofthevibration.Furtherinspectionrevealedthattheenginemountshadwornout,leadingtoexcessiveenginemovement. Next,theenginewasinspectedforotherpossiblecausesofvibration.Itwasdiscoveredthatoneofthecylindershadlowcompressionduetowornpistonrings.Thiswasleadingtoengineimbalanceandasignificantincreaseinvibrations.Thetransmissionwaschecked,andnoissueswerefound. Improvement Toimprovetheabnormalvibrationofthepowertrain,severalactionsweretaken.Theenginemountswerereplacedtopreventexcessiveenginemovement.Thepistonringswerealsoreplacedtorestorebalancetotheengine.Thevehiclewasthentakenforatestdrivetoverifytheeffectivenessoftherepairs.Aftertherepairs,thevibrationhaddecreasedsignificantly,andonlyaminorvibrationwaspresentduringidle. Conclusion Vehiclevibrationisacomplexandmultifacetedphenomenonthatcanbecausedbyseveralfactors.Inthispaper,weanalysedandimprovedtheabnormalvibrationofapowertrainofaspecificvehicle.Throughinspection,weidentifiedtheenginemountsandlowcompressioninoneofthecylindersastheprimarysourcesofvibration.Wethenreplacedtheenginemountsandpistonrings,andthevibrationhadsignificantlydecreased,indicatingasuccessfulrepair.
