基于数字图像处理技术的引气混凝土冻融损伤定量评价(英文) Introduction Porouslightweightconcrete(PLC)withair-entrainingagentshasbeenwidelyappliedinengineeringbecauseofitslowdensity,highthermalinsulation,andexcellentacousticproperties.However,thepoorresistancetofreeze-thawcyclesisasignificantdrawbackofPLC.Intheprocessoffreeze-thawcycles,thewaterinthecapillariesofPLCfreezesandexpands,causingdamagetothematerial.Therefore,itisessentialtoevaluatethedamagecausedbyfreeze-thawcyclesinthePLCaccurately.ThetraditionalevaluationmethodismainlytoweightheweightlossofthePLCbeforeandafterthefreeze-thawcycletest,whichcannotaccuratelyreflectthedamagedegreeofthePLC.DigitalimageprocessingtechnologyisapowerfultoolforevaluatingthedamageextentofPLC. Methods ThePLCsampleswithdifferentair-entrainingagentswerepreparedfirstly,andthefreeze-thawcycletestwascarriedoutaccordingtothenationalstandardGB/T50367-2018.Duringthefreeze-thawcycletest,digitalphotosofthePLCsurfaceweretakensimultaneouslyforprocessingthroughthefollowingsteps: 1.Imagepreprocessing:Firstly,thecolorimageswereconvertedintograyscaleimagestosimplifytheprocessing.Then,anadaptivethresholdalgorithmwasappliedtosegmentthegrayscaleimageandextractthetargetarea. 2.Imagefeatureextraction:Afterimagesegmentation,thedamagearea,andthenumberofcrackswereextractedbasedontheimage'scharacteristicsandstatisticalanalysis. 3.Damageevaluation:Thedamagedegreewasevaluatedbycomparingthedamageareabeforeandafterthefreeze-thawcycletest. Results TheresultsofdamagedegreeevaluationshowedthatthePLCwithdifferentair-entrainingagentsexhibiteddifferentfreeze-thawdamageresistance.ThePLCwithA1air-entrainingagentshadthebestfreeze-thawdamageresistancewiththesmallestdamageareaandcracknumber,whilethePLCwithA3air-entrainingagentshadtheworstdamageresistancewiththelargestdamageareaandcracknumber.Theevaluationresultswereconsistentwiththetraditionalweightlossmethod,indicatingthefeasibilityoftheimageprocessingmethodinthedamagedegreeevaluationofPLC. Discussion Thedigitalimageprocessingtechnologyhasshowngreata
