基于Simulink的参数化SPWM仿真模型构建 Abstract: ThispaperpresentsaparameterizedsimulationmodelofSinusoidalPulseWidthModulation(SPWM)thatisdevelopedusingSimulink.SPWMisawidelyusedtechniqueinpowerelectronicsforgeneratingcontrolsignalsinthree-phaseinverters. Theproposedmodelallowsvariousparameterstobechangedeasily,suchasmodulationindex,carrierfrequency,andphase-shiftangle.Themodelalsoincludesafeedbackloopforcontrollingtheoutputvoltageoftheinverter. ThesimulationresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessoftheproposedmodelingeneratingSPWMsignalswithaccuratewaveformandcontrollingtheoutputvoltage.TheSimulinkmodelcanalsobeusedasatoolforeducationalpurposestoteachstudentsthebasicsofSPWM. Introduction: SPWMisacommonlyusedtechniqueinpowerelectronicsforgeneratingacvoltagewithselectableamplitude,frequency,andphaseangle.Thetechniqueisusedextensivelyinthree-phaseinverters,whicharewidelyusedinindustrialanddomesticapplications.TheSPWMtechniquegeneratesaseriesofmodulatedpulses,whicharesimilartoasinusoidalwave.Theshapeofthepulsewidthisdeterminedbythephaseangleofthesinusoidalwaveform. TheSPWMtechniquecanbeimplementedusingvarioussoftwaretoolssuchasLTspice,PSpice,MATLABSimulink,andothers.PSpiceandLTspicearecircuitsimulationtoolsthatcansimulatecircuitsatthecomponentlevel.Theyareusefulinanalyzingtheperformanceofthecircuitbutrequireamoredetailedunderstandingoftheunderlyingcircuitry. Simulink,ontheotherhand,isasimulationtoolthatallowsforthesimulationofcompletesystemsandallowsfortheparameterizationofthesystem.Simulinkprovidesagraphicalinterfacethatsimplifiesthedesignprocessandallowsforeasymodificationofparameters.
