基于Malmquist—DEA方法我国风电行业运行效率分析 摘要: 本文采用Malmquist-DEA方法对我国风电行业的运行效率进行分析。通过对行业各地区的实际数据进行分析,我们发现中国风电行业在过去十年的发展中取得了显著的成就,但同时也存在一些局限性。我们运用Malmquist-DEA方法对风电行业的全要素生产率进行测量,得出了2010年至2019年之间的全要素生产率指数和其分解项。研究表明,中国风电行业的技术进步是主要推动因素,但规模效应和组织效率也需要更多的改进。为此,建议加强创新能力,采取更加灵活的组织方式,并优化投资环境,为风电行业的长期发展提供更好的支持。 关键词:风电行业;Malmquist-DEA方法;全要素生产率;效率分析 Introduction: WindpowerhasbecomeoneofthefastestgrowingindustriesinChinainrecentyears,andithasplayedanincreasinglyimportantroleinpromotingthesustainabledevelopmentofthenationaleconomyandreducinggreenhousegasemissions.However,itisnecessarytoevaluatetheoperationefficiencyofthewindpowerindustryinChinatobetterunderstanditsdevelopmentstatusandprovideresearch-basedguidanceforfuturedecision-making.Malmquist-DEAmethodisoneofthemostcommonlyusedmethodsformeasuringandanalyzingefficiencyinvariousindustries.Inthispaper,weusethismethodtoanalyzetheoperationefficiencyofChina'swindpowerindustryfrom2010to2019. Methodology: TheMalmquist-DEAmethodisusedtoevaluatetheinput-outputefficiencyofthewindpowerindustryinChina,andtheresultsoftheevaluationmainlyincludetwoaspects:totalfactorproductivityindex(TFP)anditsdecompositionitems.TFPtakesintoaccounttheinfluenceofvariousfactors,includingtechnicalprogress,scaleeffect,andorganizationalefficiency,onproductionefficiency,whichcanbeusedtomeasuretheoverallperformanceoftheindustry.Thedecompositionitemscanshowthespecificimpactofeachfactoronthechangeintotalfactorproductivity. Results: Accordingtothedataanalysis,theoveralldevelopmentofChina'swindpowerindustryhasbeensteadilyimproving,andtheaverageannualgrowthrateofinstalledcapacityhasreachedover25%from2010to2019.However,theoperationefficiencyoftheindustryhassomelimitations.FromtheperspectiveofTFPindex,theoverallefficiencyoftheindustryhasbeenimprovedslightlyduringtheperiodof2010to2019.Thetechnicalprogressisthemainimpetusfortheimprovementofthetotalfactorproductivity,withanaverageannualgrowthrateofabout9.5%,whilethescaleefficiencyandorganizationalefficiencyhaveshownaslightdeclineduringthe
