基于DEA和AHP模型的乙烯生产装置能效评价(英文) EfficiencyEvaluationofEthyleneProductionEquipmentBasedonDEAandAHPModels Introduction: Inrecentyears,energyconsumptionandcarbonemissionsreductionhavebecomethefocusofglobalattention.Asoneofthemostimportantindustrialrawmaterials,ethyleneproductionhasasignificantimpactonenergyconsumptionandcarbonemissions.Itisnecessarytoevaluatetheenergyefficiencyofethyleneproductioninordertooptimizetheproductionprocessandreduceenergyconsumption.ThispaperisaimedatevaluatingtheenergyefficiencyofethyleneproductionplantsbasedonDEA(DataEnvelopmentAnalysis)andAHP(AnalyticalHierarchyProcess)models. Methodology: DEAisawidelyusedmethodforevaluatingefficiencyinsituationswheremultipleinputsandoutputsaretobeconsidered.TheDEAmodelcanmeasuretherelativeefficiencyofeachdecision-makingunit(DMU)basedontheirinput-outputefficiency.TheAHPmodelisamulti-criteriadecision-makingmethodthatcanbeusedtoweightheimportanceofdifferentfactorsinthedecision-makingprocess. Inthisstudy,wewillusetheDEAmodeltocalculatetheefficiencyscoreofeachethyleneproductionplantbasedontheirinputsandoutputs.TheinputsoftheDEAmodelwillincludefactorssuchasrawmaterials,labor,energyconsumption,andwaterconsumption,whiletheoutputswillincludefactorssuchasethyleneproductioncapacityandproductquality.Then,wewillusetheAHPmodeltoweightheimportanceofeachinputandoutputfactor. Results: BasedontheDEAmodel,wecalculatedtheefficiencyscoreofeachethyleneproductionplant.Theresultsshowedthatsomeplantshadhigherefficiencythanothers.Next,weusedtheAHPmodeltoidentifytheimportanceofeachinputandoutputfactor.Theresultsshowedthatenergyconsumptionwasthemostsignificantfactoraffectingtheefficiencyofethyleneproduction,followedbyrawmaterials,waterconsumption,labor,andethyleneproductioncapacity. Discussion: Theresultsofthestudyindicatethatethyleneproductionplantscanimprovetheirenergyefficiencybyoptimizingtheirenergyconsumption.Thestudyalsosuggeststhatethyleneproductionplantsshouldpaymoreattentiontotheefficientuseofrawmaterialsandwatertoreducetheirenv
