响应面法优化微波焙烧氧化锌烟尘脱氟、氯工艺参数(英文) Introduction Microwavetechnologyhasgainedsignificantattentioninrecentyearsinvariousindustrialprocessessuchasfoodprocessing,mining,andwatertreatmentduetoitseffectiveness,efficiency,andconvenience.Specifically,intheminingindustry,microwavetechnologyhasbeenproposedasapotentialsolutiontoaddressenvironmentalandoperationalchallengesassociatedwithtraditionalthermalandchemicaltreatmentprocesses.Inthisstudy,responsesurfacemethodologywasemployedtooptimizetheparametersofmicrowaveroastingprocessforthedefluorinationanddechlorinationofzincoxidefumes. Background Zincoxide(ZnO)iscommonlyusedasarawmaterialinavarietyofindustriessuchasrubber,glass,paint,andceramic.Duringtheproductionprocess,ZnOfumescontaininghighlevelsoffluorineandchlorinearegenerated,whichposessignificantenvironmentalandhealthrisks.Itis,therefore,essentialtodevelopanefficientandsustainabletreatmentprocessfortheremovaloftheseharmfulgases. Microwavetechnologyhasbeenproposedasapotentialalternativetotraditionalthermalandchemicaltreatmentprocessesduetoitsuniquecharacteristicssuchashighheatingrates,uniformheating,andselectiveheating.MicrowaveroastingofZnOfumeshasbeenshowntobeeffectiveinreducingthelevelsoffluorineandchlorine,buttheprocessparameterssuchasmicrowavepower,roastingtime,andtemperaturearecriticalfactorsthatdeterminetheefficiencyoftheprocess. Methodology Theresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM)wasemployedtooptimizetheprocessparametersofthemicrowaveroastingprocessforthedefluorinationanddechlorinationofZnOfumes.Theexperimentaldesignwasbasedonacentralcompositedesign(CCD),andtheresponsevariablesweretheconcentrationsoffluorineandchlorineinthetreatedfumes.Theindependentvariablesweremicrowavepower,roastingtime,andtemperature,whichwerevariedwithintherangesof300-600W,5-15min,and250-450°C,respectively. ResultsandDiscussion Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalconditionsforthemicrowaveroastingprocessweremicrowavepowerof520W,roastingtimeof11.5min,andtemperatureof354°C,whichresultedinadefluorinationefficiencyof89
