刀具几何参数对高速铣削SiCpAl复合材料温度的影响研究 摘要 本文基于高速铣床,使用不同几何参数刀具对SiCpAl复合材料进行铣削实验,并通过测量工件温度来研究刀具几何参数对工件温度的影响。实验结果表明,刀具前角、切削刃长和螺旋角对工件温度影响较大,当刀具前角变小、切削刃长变短、螺旋角变大时,工件温度会相应降低。为提高SiCpAl复合材料高速铣削质量,应选取适当的刀具几何参数。 关键词:高速铣削;SiCpAl复合材料;刀具几何参数;工件温度 Introduction SiCpAlcompositematerialhasgoodmechanicalproperties,highstrength,goodheatresistance,andgoodwearresistance.Itiswidelyusedinaerospace,automobile,andotherindustries.High-speedmillingtechnologyiswidelyusedintheprocessingofSiCpAlcompositematerials.Duringthemillingprocess,thecuttingtemperaturehasadirectandsignificanteffectontheprocessingqualityandefficiency.Therefore,studyingtheinfluenceoftoolgeometryparametersonthecuttingtemperatureduringmillingofSiCpAlcompositematerialisofgreatsignificanceforimprovingprocessingquality. Experimentalmethods Inthisexperiment,ahigh-speedmillingmachinewasusedtoperformmillingexperimentsonSiCpAlcompositematerial.Thecuttingtemperaturewasmeasuredusingathermocouple,andtheinfluenceoftoolgeometryparametersonthecuttingtemperaturewasobservedandanalyzed. Resultsanddiscussion TheinfluenceoftoolgeometryparametersonthecuttingtemperatureofSiCpAlcompositematerialswasanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatthecuttingtemperaturewasaffectedbythetool'sfrontangle,cuttingedgelength,andhelixangle.Asthefrontangleofthetooldecreased,thecuttingtemperatureoftheworkpiecedecreased.Thisisbecauseasmallerfrontangleleadstoadecreaseinthecuttingforce,therebyreducingthecuttingtemperatureoftheworkpiece.Similarly,whenthecuttingedgelengthisshorter,thecuttingtemperatureoftheworkpiecedecreases.Thisisbecauseashortercuttingedgelengthleadstoadecreaseinthecuttingforce,therebyreducingthecuttingtemperatureoftheworkpiece.Additionally,theincreaseinhelixanglecanreducethecuttingtemperature. Conclusions TheexperimentalresultsshowedthatthecuttingtemperatureofSiCpAlcompositematerialswasaffectedbythetool'sfrontangle,cuttingedgelength,andhelixangle.Thesmallerthefrontangle,theshorterthecuttingedgelength,andthelargerthehelixangle,thelowerthecuttingtemperatureoftheworkpiece.Reas
