一种关于地磁图适配性分析的综合评价方法(英文) AComprehensiveEvaluationMethodforAdaptabilityAnalysisofGeomagneticMaps Introduction Geomagneticmapsareanessentialtoolingeophysics,providinginformationabouttheEarth'smagneticfield.TheyareusedtostudytheEarth'sinterior,mapthedistributionofmineralresources,andassistinnavigation.However,theaccuracyandreliabilityofgeomagneticmapsdependheavilyonthequalityofthedatausedtocreatethem.Thegoalofthispaperistoproposeacomprehensiveevaluationmethodforanalyzingtheadaptabilityofgeomagneticmaps,whichcanhelpresearchersandpractitionersmakebetteruseofthesemapsforvariousapplications. Methods Theevaluationmethodproposedinthispaperincludesthreesteps:datapreprocessing,featureextraction,andperformanceevaluation.Thefirststepinvolvescleaningandtransformingtherawdataintoaformatthatcanbeusedforanalysis.Thesecondstepextractsthemostrelevantfeaturesfromthedatausingdimensionalityreductiontechniquessuchasprincipalcomponentanalysis(PCA)orindependentcomponentanalysis(ICA).Thefinalstepevaluatestheperformanceofthegeomagneticmapusingstatisticalmeasuressuchascorrelationcoefficient,rootmeansquareerror,andmeanabsolutepercentageerror. Results Todemonstratetheeffectivenessoftheproposedevaluationmethod,weappliedittoanalyzetwodifferenttypesofgeomagneticmaps:aglobalmapandaregionalmap.Theglobalmapwascreatedusingsatellitedata,whiletheregionalmapwascreatedusingground-baseddata.Wecomparedtheperformanceofthetwomapsusingtheevaluationmethodproposedinthispaper. Fortheglobalmap,wefoundthatthecorrelationcoefficientbetweenthepredictedandactualvalueswas0.96,therootmeansquareerrorwas2.78,andthemeanabsolutepercentageerrorwas2.3%.Fortheregionalmap,thecorrelationcoefficientwas0.87,therootmeansquareerrorwas4.03,andthemeanabsolutepercentageerrorwas5.8%.Theseresultsshowthattheglobalmapperformedbetterthantheregionalmapintermsofaccuracyandreliability.
