NaClO_2NaClO复合吸收液同时脱硫脱硝试验反应机制研究 Abstract: Inrecentyears,theissueofairpollutionhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent,andthesulfurdioxide(SO2)andnitrogenoxides(NOx)emittedduringcoalcombustionaremajorcontributorstoairpollution.InordertoreducetheemissionofSO2andNOx,theNaClO/NaClO2compositeabsorbentwasusedtoperformsimultaneousdesulfurizationanddenitrificationexperiments.Thisstudyaimedtoanalyzethereactionmechanismofthecompositeabsorbentforsimultaneousdesulfurizationanddenitrification. Introduction: Sulfurdioxideandnitrogenoxidesaremajorairpollutantsproducedduringthecombustionoffossilfuels.Theycancausevariousdiseasesinhumansandaffectthenaturalenvironment.Therefore,itisnecessarytouseeffectivemethodstoreducetheemissionofthesetwopollutants.Thetraditionalmethodsofdesulfurizationanddenitrificationareperformedseparately,whichresultsinhighcostandresourceconsumption.Therefore,findingamethodthatcansimultaneouslyremoveSO2andNOxisofgreatsignificance. Experimentalsetup: Theexperimentalsetupconsistedofareactiontube,atemperaturecontroller,agasflowmeter,andagassampler.Thereactiontubewasdividedintotwosections,alowersectionfordesulfurizationandanuppersectionfordenitrification.ThecompositeabsorbentusedintheexperimentwaspreparedbymixingNaClOandNaClO2inacertainproportion. Experimentprocess: Thereactiontemperaturewasmaintainedat120℃,andtheflowrateofthegaswas1L/min.Duringtheexperiment,SO2andNOxwereintroducedintothereactiontube,andtheconcentrationsweremeasuredattheinletandoutletofthereactiontube.TheconversionratesofSO2andNOxwerecalculatedbasedonthechangeinconcentration. Resultsandanalysis: TheexperimentalresultsshowedthattheNaClO/NaClO2compositeabsorbenthadagooddesulfurizationanddenitrificationeffect.TheconversionratesofSO2andNOxwerebothabove80%,andtheremovalefficiencyofSO2andNOxwere96.4%and88.8%respectively.TheanalysisofthereactionproductsshowedthatNa2SO4andNaNO3werethemainproductsofthedesulfurizationanddenitrificationreactionsrespectively.
