FeaturesoftheNZX4×Φ250HeavyMediaCyclone TheNZX4×Φ250HeavyMediaCycloneisahighefficiency,heavymediaseparatordesignedfortheminingandmetallurgicalindustries.ThecycloneismanufacturedbytheWeihaiHaiwangHydrocycloneCo.Ltd,aworld-renownedmanufacturerofhydrocyclones.Thecycloneisdesignedtooperateatamaximumfeedrateof400m3/handamaximumpressureof0.4MPa.Thecyclonehasthefollowingkeyfeatures: 1.Astraightconeangle,whichgivesitmaximumefficiencyinseparatingthematerialbasedondensity. 2.Astaticpressureof0.05MPa,whichreducesturbulenceandincreasesseparationefficiency. 3.Highwearresistance,withtheinternalliningmadeofrubber,whichensuresalongerlifespanandbetterwearresistancewhencomparedtoconventionalmetal-linedcyclones.
