Therefore,inthispaper,westudiedthedevelopmentofAntisity™fibrousweft-knittedfabricanditsantistaticproperties. Materials: ThematerialsusedinthisstudywereAntisity™fiber,polyesterfiber,andspandex. Methods: 1.PreparationofAntisity™fiber Antisity™fiberwaspreparedbythemeltspinningmethod.ThespinningtemperatureofAntisity™fiberwas270℃,andthedrawingratiowas2.5. 2.Fabricproduction Thefibrousweft-knittedfabricwasproducedusingacomputerizedflatbedknittingmachine.TheAntisity™fibercontentwassetat1%,2%,and3%,respectively. 3.Testingantistaticperformance Theantistaticperformanceofthefabricwastestedbyastaticelectricitymeter. ResultsandDiscussion: 1.AntistaticvaluechangeswiththeincreaseofAntisity™fibercontent WiththeincreaseofAntisity™fibercontent,theantistaticvalueofthefabricgraduallyincreased.WhenthecontentofAntisity™fiberwas3%,theantistaticvalueofthefabricwasthehighest(≤1.0KV),whichshowedexcellentantistaticperformance. 2.MechanicalpropertiesofAntisity™fibrousweft-knittedf
