Duffing混沌振子微弱信号检测方法研究(英文) ResearchonWeakSignalDetectionMethodforDuffingChaoticOscillator Abstract: Chaoticsystems,suchastheDuffingoscillator,exhibitcomplexbehaviorsthatarehighlysensitivetoinitialconditions.Thischaracteristicmakesitchallengingtodetectweaksignalsinthepresenceofnoise.Inthispaper,weinvestigatevariousmethodsforweaksignaldetectionintheDuffingchaoticoscillator.Weproposeanovelapproachbasedonphasespacereconstructionandempiricalmodedecomposition.Theeffectivenessofthismethodisdemonstratedthroughnumericalexperiments.Furthermore,wecomparethisapproachwithothercommonlyusedmethodssuchasFourieranalysisandwaveletanalysis.Theresultsindicatethattheproposedmethodoutperformsthesetraditionalmethodsintermsofsignaldetectionaccuracyandrobustness.Thisresearchcontributestothefieldofweaksignaldetectioninchaoticsystemsandhaspotentialapplicationsinmanyareas,includingcommunication,environmentalmonitoring,andmedicaldiagnosis. 1.Introduction: TheDuffingoscillatorisaclassicalnonlineardynamicalsystemwidelyusedtomodelvariousphenomenainphysics,engineering,andbiology.TheDuffingoscillatorexhibitsrichdynamicbehaviors,includingstableperiodicmotion,quasi-periodicmotion,andchaoticmotion,dependingonitsparametersandinitialconditions.Duetoitssensitivitytoinitialconditions,weaksignalsembeddedinchaoticmotionareoftendifficulttodetect.However,theabilitytodetectweaksignalsinchaoticsystemsisofgreatimportanceinmanypracticalscenarios.Therefore,developingeffectivemethodsforweaksignaldetectionintheDuffingchaoticoscillatorisasubjectofsignificantinterest. 2.RelatedWork: Varioussignalprocessingtechniqueshavebeenappliedtodetectweaksignalsinchaoticsystems.Fourieranalysis,waveletanalysis,andtime-frequencyanalysisareamongthecommonlyusedmethods.Thesetechniques,however,havelimitationsintermsoftheirabilitytoaccuratelyidentifyweaksignalsinhighlynoisyenvironments.Therefore,alternativeapproachesneedtobeexplored. 3.Methodology: Inthisstudy,weproposeanovelweaksignaldetectionmethodcombiningphasespacereconstructionandempi
