荒漠人工植被区柠条和油蒿茎干液流动态研究 Title:DynamicStudyonSapFlowofTamarixandSuaedaSteminArtificialVegetationAreainDesert Abstract: Theestablishmentofartificialvegetationindesertareasisofgreatsignificanceforecologicalrestorationandenvironmentalprotection.However,thereislimitedresearchonthedynamiccharacteristicsofsapflowindesertplants,suchasTamarixandSuaeda.Inthisstudy,weconductedadynamicinvestigationofsapflowinthestemsofTamarixandSuaedainanartificialvegetationareainthedesert.Throughmonitoringandanalysis,wefoundthatsapflowinTamarixandSuaedastemsshoweddifferentcharacteristicsinresponsetoenvironmentalfactorssuchastemperature,lightintensity,andsoilmoisture.Thesefindingsprovidevaluableinformationforunderstandingthewatertransportmechanismandgrowthadaptationofdesertplantsinartificialvegetationareas. 1.Introduction Desertsarecharacterizedbyextremearidityandharshenvironmentalconditions,makingitdifficultforplantstosurvive.Theestablishmentofartificialvegetationisaneffectivemeasuretocontrolwinderosion,preventsandstorms,andpromoteecologicalrestorationindesertareas.TamarixandSuaedaarecommondesertplantsthatareoftenusedinartificialvegetationduetotheirstrongresistancetodrought,salinity,andwind.However,thedynamiccharacteristicsofsapflowinTamarixandSuaedastemsremainpoorlyunderstood. 2.Methodology 2.1StudyArea Thestudyareaislocatedinadesertregionwithatypicalaridclimate.Theaverageannualtemperatureisaround30°C,andtheannualprecipitationislessthan100mm. 2.2SapFlowMonitoring SapflowinTamarixandSuaedastemswasmonitoredusingtheheatdissipationmethod.Thermaldissipationprobeswereinsertedintothestems,andthetemperaturedifferencebetweentheheatedandnon-heatedprobeswasrecordedatregularintervals. 2.3EnvironmentalFactorsMonitoring Temperature,lightintensity,andsoilmoisturewerealsomeasuredduringthestudyperiodtoanalyzetheireffectsonsapflow. 3.ResultsandDiscussion 3.1SapFlowCharacteristicsofTamarix ThesapflowinTamarixshowedadiurnalpatternwithapeakduringthedayandadecreaseatnight.Themaximumsapflowratewasobservedintheafternoo
