芦荟多糖的提取和体外抗氧化活性研究 摘要: 随着人们健康意识的提高,对天然抗氧化剂的需求也逐渐增加。芦荟是一种具有抗氧化作用的植物,它的多糖成分被认为是其主要的活性成分。本文研究了不同提取方法对芦荟多糖提取率的影响,并评价了其体外抗氧化活性。结果显示,在比例为1:10(w/v)的芦荟叶中加入3%甲酸钠,采用水煮提取法可以得到最高的芦荟多糖提取率。同时,芦荟多糖具有良好的体外抗氧化活性,可以作为天然的抗氧化剂用于保健和医疗领域。 关键词:芦荟;多糖;提取;抗氧化活性 Introduction: Inrecentyears,thedemandfornaturalantioxidantshasbeenincreasingwiththeimprovementofpeople'shealthawareness.AloeVeraisaplantwithantioxidanteffects,anditspolysaccharidecomponentisconsideredtobeitsmainactiveingredient.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheeffectsofdifferentextractionmethodsontheextractionrateofaloeverapolysaccharidesandevaluatedtheirinvitroantioxidantactivities. MaterialsandMethods: Aloeveraleaveswerecollectedandwashedwithdistilledwater,thentheleaveswerecrushedandmixedwithdistilledwaterataratioof1:10(w/v).Threedifferentextractionmethodswereused,includingwaterboilingextraction,ethanolrefluxextraction,andultrasonicextraction.Theextractionrateofaloeverapolysaccharideswasdeterminedbythephenol-sulfuricacidmethod.Theinvitroantioxidantactivityofaloeverapolysaccharideswasevaluatedbymeasuringitsscavengingactivityagainst2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radicals. Results: Theresultsshowedthattheextractionrateofaloeverapolysaccharideswasthehighestat3%sodiumformateconcentrationusingthewaterboilingextractionmethod.Theextractionrateofaloeverapolysaccharidesusingthewaterboilingextractionmethodwassignificantlyhigherthanthatobtainedusingethanolrefluxextractionandultrasonicextraction.Theinvitroantioxidantactivityofaloeverapolysaccharideswasdose-dependentandshowedgoodscavengingactivityagainstDPPHradicals. Discussion: Thewaterboilingextractionmethodwasthemosteffectiveinextractingaloeverapolysaccharides.Thismightbeduetothefactthatwaterboilingcanbetterdissolveandextractthepolysaccharides.Moreover,addingsodiumformatecouldhelptodissolvealoeverapolysaccharidesandenhancetheextractionefficiency.Theinvitroantioxidantactivityofaloeverapolysaccharidesmightbeattributedtoitsrichhydroxylandcarboxylgroupsandgoodreducingability.
