真空膜蒸馏法处理含甲醛废水试验研究 Abstract Thetreatmentofformaldehyde-containingwastewaterhasbecomeamajorenvironmentalchallengeduetothetoxicityandenvironmentalimpactofformaldehyde.Inthisstudy,thevacuummembranedistillationmethodwasusedtotreatformaldehyde-containingwastewater.Theresultsshowedthatthemethodcouldeffectivelyremoveformaldehydefromwastewaterandprovideanewapproachforthetreatmentofformaldehyde-containingwastewater. Introduction Formaldehydeisawidelyusedchemical,whichismainlyusedintheproductionofresins,plastics,coatings,andtextiles.Itishighlytoxicandhasasignificantimpactontheenvironment.Thedischargeofformaldehyde-containingwastewaterintotheenvironmenthasbecomeamajorenvironmentalissue.Therefore,theeffectivetreatmentofformaldehyde-containingwastewaterhasattractedgreatattentioninrecentyears. Severalmethodshavebeendevelopedforthetreatmentofformaldehyde-containingwastewater,suchasbiologicaloxidation,chemicaloxidation,andmembranefiltration.Thesemethodshavecertaindisadvantages,suchaslowremovalefficiencyandhighoperationalcosts.Therefore,thereisaneedforaneffectiveandeconomicalmethodforthetreatmentofformaldehyde-containingwastewater. Vacuummembranedistillationisarelativelynewmethodforthetreatmentofwastewater.Itusesamembraneasaseparationbarrierandavacuumtodrivethedistillationprocess.Themethodhasseveraladvantages,suchashighremovalefficiency,lowoperatingcosts,andminimalenvironmentalimpact. Experimental Inthisstudy,formaldehyde-containingwastewaterwascollectedfromalocalchemicalplantandusedfortheexperiments.Thewastewaterhadaconcentrationof1000mg/Lofformaldehyde.Thevacuummembranedistillationmethodwasusedtotreatthewastewater,andapolyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF)membranewasusedastheseparationbarrier. Theexperimentswereconductedatdifferenttemperaturesandpressurestodeterminetheoptimalconditionsforformaldehyderemoval.Thepermeationfluxandformaldehyderemovalefficiencyweremeasuredateachcondition. Results Theresultsshowedthatthevacuummembranedistillationmethodcouldeffectivelyremoveformaldehydefromwastewat
