牵引变流器中IGBT的水冷实验研究 Title:ExperimentalStudyonWaterCoolinginIGBTforTractionInverters Abstract: ThispaperpresentsanexperimentalstudyonthewatercoolingofInsulatedGateBipolarTransistors(IGBTs)intractioninverters.TheobjectiveofthisresearchistoinvestigatetheeffectivenessofwatercoolinginimprovingthethermalperformanceandreliabilityofIGBTs.Theexperimentalsetupconsistsofatractioninverterwithintegratedwatercoolingsystem,andaseriesoftestswereconductedtoanalyzethethermalbehaviorofIGBTsunderdifferentoperatingconditions.TheresultsshowthatwatercoolingsignificantlyreducestheoperatingtemperatureofIGBTs,therebyenhancingtheirperformanceandextendingthelifespanofthetractioninverter.Thisresearchcontributestothedevelopmentofmoreefficientandreliabletractioninvertersforvariousapplications. Keywords:IGBT,watercooling,tractioninverters,thermalperformance,reliability 1.Introduction Tractioninvertersplayacrucialroleinelectricandhybridelectricvehicles,providingpowerconversionbetweenthebatteryandtheelectricmotor.IGBTsarecommonlyusedintractioninvertersduetotheirhighpowerhandlingcapabilityandfastswitchingspeeds.However,IGBTsgenerateasignificantamountofheatduringoperation,whichcanaffecttheirperformanceandreliability.Therefore,effectivecoolingmethodsareessentialtoensureoptimaloperationandpreventthermalfailures. 2.WaterCoolingSystemDesign Inthisstudy,awatercoolingsystemwasdesignedandintegratedintothetractioninverter.Thesystemconsistsofawaterpump,heatexchanger,andaseriesofcoolingpipes.TheIGBTmodulesaredirectlymountedontoaluminumheatsinks,whichareincontactwiththecoolingpipes.TheheatgeneratedbytheIGBTsistransferredtothecoolingpipesthroughconductionandthendissipatedbytheflowofcoolingwater. 3.ExperimentalSetup Toevaluatetheeffectivenessofwatercooling,aseriesofexperimentswereconductedonthetractioninverter.Thetestsweredesignedtosimulatevariousoperatingconditionsandloadprofiles.ThetemperaturedistributionoftheIGBTs,aswellastheoverallthermalperformanceofthesystem,wasmeasuredusingthermocouplesandthermalimagingcamera
