柴油机TR燃烧系统模拟与试验研究(英文) DieselEngineTRCombustionSystemSimulationandExperimentalResearch Abstract: ThedieselengineTRcombustionsystemisanimportantparameterintheperformanceofadieselengine.ThisresearchaimstosimulateandexperimentallyinvestigatetheTRcombustionsystemtoimproveengineperformance.Thesimulationwasperformedusingcomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)softwareandvalidatedexperimentsonadieselenginetestbench.TheresultsshowedthattheTRcombustionsystemcouldsignificantlyimproveengineperformanceandreduceemissions,providingabasisforfurtherresearch. Introduction: Dieselenginesarewidelyusedintransportation,powergeneration,andindustrialequipmentbecauseoftheirhighfuelefficiencyandreliability.Thetraditionaldieselenginecombustionsystemisthedirectinjectionsystem(DIS),whichhassomedisadvantages,suchashighNOxemissions,lowthermalefficiency,andharshcombustionnoise.Therefore,manyresearchershaveproposedalternativecombustionsystems,suchaspremixedchargecompressionignition(PCCI),homogeneouschargecompressionignition(HCCI),andtheTRcombustionsystem.TheTRcombustionsystemisanewcombustionmodethatcombinestheadvantagesofDISandPCCI,whichcanimprovefueleconomy,reduceemissions,andprovideasmoothcombustionprocess. Methodology: Inthisstudy,adieselengineTRcombustionsystemwasdesignedandsimulatedusingCFDsoftware.Thesimulationmodelwasestablishedbasedontheenginestructureandthecombustionprocess.Thefuelspraymodel,turbulencemodel,andcombustionmodelwereselectedaccordingtotheengineoperatingconditionsandthecombustioncharacteristics.Thesimulationresults,includingthecombustionpressure,heatreleaserate,andtemperaturedistribution,werecomparedwiththeexperimentaldatatovalidatethesimulationaccuracy. Theexperimentalstudywasconductedonadieselenginetestbenchequippedwithacommonrailinjectionsystemandapiezoelectricpressuresensor.Theenginespecificationswereselectedtomatchthesimulationconditions.Aseriesofexperimentaltestswerecarriedout,includingthecombustionpressuremeasurement,fuelconsumptionmeasurement,andexhaustgasanalysis.Theexperimentsw
