改进的Hough变换检测圆方法 Title:ImprovedHoughTransformMethodforCircleDetection Abstract: Circledetectionisafundamentaltaskincomputervisionandimageprocessingwithnumerousapplicationsinobjecttracking,medicalimaging,andindustrialautomation.TheHoughTransformhasbeenwidelyusedforcircledetectionduetoitsrobustnessagainstnoiseandpartialocclusion.However,thestandardHoughTransformsuffersfromlimitationsinprocessingtimeandaccuracy.ThispaperproposesanimprovedHoughTransformmethodthataddressesthesechallengesbyincorporatingtechniquessuchasedgedetection,gradientcomputation,andadaptivethresholding.ExperimentalresultsdemonstratethesuperiorityoftheproposedmethodintermsofbothspeedandaccuracycomparedtotraditionalHoughTransform-basedcircledetectiontechniques. 1.Introduction Circledetectionplaysasignificantroleinmanyimageprocessingapplicationsandcontinuestobeanactiveresearcharea.TheHoughTransformhaslongbeenusedasapopularmethodforcircledetectionduetoitsabilitytowithstandnoise,partialocclusion,andvaryingobjectsizes.However,thestandardHoughTransformcanbecomputationallyexpensiveandlacksaccuracyindetectingcircleswithlowcontrastorinthepresenceofclutteredbackgrounds.ThispaperaimstoovercometheselimitationsbyintroducinganimprovedHoughTransformmethodforcircledetection. 2.RelatedWork NumerousapproacheshavebeenproposedtoenhancetheHoughTransform'sperformanceforcircledetection.Thissectionprovidesanoverviewofthemostrelevanttechniques,includinggradient-basedmethods,edgedetectionmethods,andhybridtechniquesthatcombinemultipleapproaches.Theseworksformthefoundationforourproposedmethod. 3.ProposedMethod TheimprovedHoughTransformmethodconsistsofseveralkeysteps.First,anedgedetectionalgorithmisemployedtoextractedgesfromtheinputimage.Subsequently,agradientcomputationtechniqueisutilizedtoidentifythemagnitudeanddirectionofeachedgepixel.Thegradientinformationisthenusedtofilteroutnon-circleedgesandprioritizecircularedgesthatsharesimilargradientorientations.Afterwards,adaptivethresholdingisappliedtodeterminethecirclecandidatesbase
