新材料物性的第一性原理研究(英文) First-principlesresearchonthephysicalpropertiesofnewmaterials Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,thedemandfornewmaterialsisincreasing.Withthedevelopmentofcomputationalmethodsandtools,first-principlesresearchhasbecomeapowerfultoolforstudyingthephysicalpropertiesofnewmaterials.Inthispaper,wewilldiscusstheprinciplesandmethodsoffirst-principlesresearchonthephysicalpropertiesofnewmaterials. First-principlesresearchisbasedonthefundamentallawsofquantummechanics,anditusesonlythebasicprinciplesofthetheorytocalculatethepropertiesofamaterial.Suchresearchdoesnotrelyonanyempiricaldataorexperimentalresults.Specifically,first-principlesresearchbeginswiththeelectronicstructureofamaterial,andthenusesthisinformationtocalculatethethermodynamic,mechanical,optical,andotherpropertiesofthematerial.Itisworthnotingthatthesecalculationsareveryaccurate,andcanprovideresultsthatarenoteasilyaccessiblethroughexperimentalmethods.
