多源医学图像融合方法的初步研究 Abstract: Multi-modalmedicalimagesprovidecomplementaryinformationthatcangreatlyenhancethediagnosticaccuracyandprognosisofdiseases.Medicalimagefusionmethodscanintegrateandcombinetheinformationfrommultipleimagingmodalitiestoprovidemorecompleteandaccurateanatomicalandfunctionalinformation.Inthispaper,wepresentapreliminarystudyonvariousmulti-sourcemedicalimagefusionmethods. Introduction: Medicalimagingisanimportantdiagnostictoolinmodernmedicine,allowingclinicianstovisualizeandevaluatethepatient'sanatomyandphysiology.However,differentimagingmodalitiesoftenprovidedifferenttypesofinformationregardingthepatient'sdiseaseorcondition.Forexample,computedtomography(CT)canrevealstructuralinformation,whilemagneticresonanceimaging(MRI)canevaluatefunctionalandmetabolicactivity.Multi-modalmedicalimages,therefore,canprovideamorecomprehensiveviewofthepatient'scondition. Medicalimagefusionisatechniquethatcombinesinformationfrommultipleimagingmodalitiesintoasingleimage,suchthattheresultingimageismoreinformativeandusefulthananyindividualimage.Thistechniquecanbeusedtoimprovethequalityandreliabilityofmedicaldiagnosticandtherapeuticprocedures. Methods: Thereareseveralalgorithmsandmethodstofusemulti-sourcemedicalimages,including: 1.PrincipalComponentAnalysis(PCA):PCAisalineardimensionalityreductiontechniquethatcanbeusedtoextractthemostimportantfeaturesfrommultipleimages.PCAisausefultechniqueforreducingnoiseandenhancingthequalityofmedicalimages. 2.WaveletTransform(WT):Thewavelettransformcanbeusedtodecomposeanimageintodifferentfrequencycomponents.Fusioncanbeperformedbytakingthehigh-frequencycomponentsofoneimageandthelow-frequencycomponentsofanotherimage. 3.Intensity-Hue-SaturationTransform(IHS):IHSisacolortransformationtechniquethatallowsfortheseparationofintensity,hue,andsaturationcomponentsofanimage.IHScanbeusedtofusemulti-sourcemedicalimagesbycombiningtheintensitycomponentofoneimagewiththehueandsaturationcomponentsofanotherimage. 4.Multi-scaleRetinex(MSR):MSRisacolorbalancing
