复合酸掺杂导电聚苯胺的性能研究 Introduction Conductivepolymershavebeenextensivelystudiedfortheirpotentialapplicationsinenergystoragedevices,electronicdevices,andsensorsduetotheiruniquepropertiessuchashighconductivity,flexibility,andlowcost.Amongvariousconductivepolymers,polyaniline(PANI)isoneofthemostpromisingcandidatesbecauseofitshighconductivity,excellentenvironmentalstability,andeasysynthesis.However,theconductivityofpurePANIisstillrelativelylow,whichlimitsitsapplications.Toovercomethisproblem,variousdopantshavebeenusedtoimprovetheconductivityofPANI.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheperformanceofPANIdopedwithcompositeacid. ExperimentalProcedures Inthisstudy,wesynthesizedthecompositeaciddopedPANI(CPANI)throughoxidativepolymerization.Theweightratioofanilinetocompositeacidwasfixedat1:1.Thesynthesisprocedureisbrieflydescribedasfollows: First,0.5gofanilinewasdissolvedin50mLof1MHClsolution,followedbytheadditionof5mLofcompositeacid.Themixturewasstirredvigorouslyusingamagneticstirrerfor30minutesatroomtemperature.Then,1mLofammoniumpersulfate(APS)solution(0.1g/mL)wasaddeddropwiseintothemixturewhilestirringcontinuously.Thereactionmixturewasstirredforanadditional24hoursatroomtemperature,andfinally,theCPANIwasobtainedbyfiltrationandwashingwithdistilledwaterandethanoltoremoveanyresidualreactants. ThemorphologyoftheCPANIwasobservedusingfieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FESEM),andtheelementalcompositionwasanalyzedusingenergy-dispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDS). TheelectricalconductivityoftheCPANIwasmeasuredusingastandardfour-pointprobemethodwithaKeithley2400sourcemeter.Themeasurementswerecarriedoutatroomtemperatureunderambientconditions. ResultsandDiscussion TheFESEMimageoftheCPANI(Figure1)showsaporousandwrinkledmorphology,indicatingahighspecificsurfaceareaandgoodconductivity.TheEDSanalysis(Figure2)showsthepresenceofelementsC,N,S,andO,confirmingthesuccessfulincorporationofthecompositeacidintheCPANI.
