Simulationservesasaneffectivetooltostudyandoptimizetheperformanceofproductionsystems.Flexsimisapowerfulsimulationsoftwarethatcanmodel,simulate,andanalyzecomplexsystemsinavisualizedinterface.ByapplyingFlexsimtosimulatethemagnesiaproductionline,wecanidentifypotentialproblemsinthesystem,optimizeprocessparameters,andmaximizeproductionefficiency. Methodology Inordertosimulatethemagnesiaproductionline,wefirstconstructedamodeloftheproductionprocessinFlexsim.Themodelconsistsofseveralmodules,representingdifferentproductionprocesses,connectedbyconveyors.Thedetailedprocessesincludecrushing,preheating,calcining,cooling,andpackaging.Ineachmodule,wesetuprelevantparameterstosimulateproductionscenarios,suchastheprocessingtimeandequipmentcapacity. Afterconstructingthemodel,wedefinedtheperformancemetricsforevaluatingtheproductionefficiencyofthesystem.Themetricsincludetheprocessingtime,utilizationrateofequipment,bottleneckidentification,andoutputoffinishedproducts.Byrunningsimulationswithdifferentsetsofparametersandcollectingdataonthesemetrics,wecananalyzet
