基于JC法的新型载车台主梁结构可靠度分析 Introduction: Thereliabilityofload-bearingstructuresisacriticalcomponentofthesafetyandperformanceoftransportationsystems.Inrecentyears,therehasbeensignificantresearchindevelopingnewapproachestoanalyzethereliabilityofthesestructures.OnesuchapproachinvolvestheuseofJCmethod,whichisareliabilityanalysistechniquewidelyusedinengineeringapplications.Inthispaper,weproposeanewmethodtoanalyzethereliabilityofanovelload-bearingplatformmainbeamstructureusingJCmethod. Background: Theload-bearingplatformmainbeamstructureisacriticalcomponentinthetransportationindustry,especiallyintheconstructionofvehiclesforcarryinggoodsandmaterials.Themainbeamstructuremustbestrongandreliabletoensurethesafetyofthevehicleanditscargo.However,traditionalmainbeamstructureshavelimitedloadcapacityduetotheirdesignlimitations.Therefore,thereisaneedtodevelopnewmainbeamstructuresthatcaneffectivelydistributetheloadandincreasetheoverallloadcapacityofthevehicle. Approach: Inthisstudy,wehavedevelopedanewload-bearingplatformmainbeamstructurethatcanincreasetheloadcapacityofthevehicle.Thenewstructureisdesignedbasedontheconceptofatrussedbeam,wherethemainload-bearingmemberissupplementedwithadditionaltrussmemberstodistributetheload.ThenewstructurewasthensubjectedtoJCreliabilityanalysistoevaluateitsreliability. Results: TheresultsoftheJCreliabilityanalysisshowthatthenewload-bearingplatformmainbeamstructurehasaveryhighreliability.Theanalysiswasperformedbyconsideringvariousfactorssuchasthestrengthofmaterials,structuralgeometry,andtheloadconditions.Theresultsshowthatthenewstructurecansustainveryhightensileandcompressiveforceswithoutanysignificantdeformationorfailure. Conclusion: TheproposedmethodofusingJCreliabilityanalysistoevaluatethereliabilityofanewload-bearingplatformmainbeamstructureiseffectiveandefficient.Theanalysisrevealedthatthenewstructurehasaveryhighreliability,indicatingthatthenewdesigncansignificantlyincreasetheloadcapacityofthecarryingvehicle.Theanalysiscanbeusedtooptimizethedesignofload
