X射线激光对激光烧蚀薄片靶的阴影成像研究 Title:ResearchonShadowImagingofLaserAblationThinFilmTargetswithX-rayLaser Abstract: Inrecentyears,X-raylasershaveemergedasapowerfultoolforvariousscientificandtechnologicalapplications.Inthispaper,weinvestigatetheuseofX-raylaserforshadowimagingonlaserablationthinfilmtargets.WeaimtoexplorethepotentialofX-raylaserforimprovingtheimagingqualityandunderstandingthedynamicsoflaserablationprocesses.Thepaperpresentsadetailedanalysisoftheexperimentalsetup,methodology,andtheobtainedresults. 1.Introduction Laserablationisawidelyusedtechniqueformaterialprocessingandsurfacemodification.Itinvolvestheremovalofmaterialfromasolidsurfaceusinglaser-inducedthermalormechanicaleffects.Understandingthedynamicsoflaserablationprocessesiscrucialforoptimizingtheperformanceandefficiencyofvariousapplications.However,theimagingoftheablationprocessitselfischallengingduetothecomplexinteractionsinvolved.ThispaperaimstoovercomethesechallengesbyutilizingX-raylaserforshadowimagingoflaserablationthinfilmtargets. 2.ExperimentalSetup Theexperimentalsetupconsistsofahigh-powerpulsedlasersystem,anX-raylasersource,atargetchamber,andasetofX-raydetectors.Thehigh-powerpulsedlasersystemgeneratesalaserbeamthatisfocusedontothethinfilmtarget.TheX-raylasersourceemitsahigh-intensityX-raybeam,whichpassesthroughthetargetandcreatesashadowpatternonthedetectors.TheX-raydetectorscapturetheshadowimagewithhighspatialandtemporalresolution. 3.Methodology Toconducttheexperiments,aseriesoflaserablationthinfilmtargetswerepreparedwithdifferentmaterialsandthicknesses.Thelaserbeamwasincidentonthetarget,causingablationofthethinfilmmaterial.TheX-raylaserwassynchronizedwiththelaserablationprocessandemittedashortpulseofX-rayradiation.AstheX-rayspassedthroughtheablatedmaterial,theyinteracteddifferentlywiththeremainingtargetmaterialandproducedashadowimageonthedetectors.Theshadowimageswereanalyzedtoobtainvaluableinformationabouttheablationdynamics,suchasplumeexpansion,shockwavepropagation,andejectedmaterialtrajectories.
