Methodology: Thisresearchutilizesaqualitativeapproach,incorporatinginterviews,observations,anddocumentanalysis.TheparticipantselectedforthisstudyisanewlyappointedmiddleschoolEnglishteacherwhohaslittlepriorteachingexperience.Thestudyisconductedoveraspanofsixmonthstogainacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheteacher'sidentityformationjourney. Results: 1.InitialChallenges: Atthebeginningoftheteachingcareer,thenoviceEnglishteacherfacedseveralchallengesthatimpactedtheiridentityformation.Theseincludedalackofconfidenceinclassroommanagement,limitedexperienceincurriculumplanningandmaterialsdevelopment,anduncertaintyaboutpedagogicalstrategies. 2.SupportSystems: Theparticipant'sintegrationintotheschoolcommunityandinteractionswithexperiencedcolleagueswerevitalfortheiridentityformation.Observingandcollaboratingwithveteranteachersprovidedvaluableinsightsintoeffectiveteachingmethodsandstrategies.Additionally,participationinprofessionaldevelopmentworkshopsandtrainingsessionsboostedtheteacher'sconfidenceandenhancedtheirprofessionalidentity. 3.ReflectionandSelf-evaluation: ThenoviceEnglishteacherengagedinregularself-reflectionandevaluationtoenhancetheirteachingpractice.Theseself-assessmentsessionsinvolvedanalyzinglessonplans,studentfeedback,andclassroomobservationreports.Reflectionallowedthemtoidentifyareasthatrequiredimprovement,buildingamoreaccurateandinformedteachingidentity. 4.EmbracingInnovation: Theparticipant'swillingnesstoexperimentwithinnovativeteachingmethodsandincorporatetechnologyintotheirlessonscontributedsignificantlytotheirprofessionalgrowth.Byattendingwebinarsandworkshopsonintegratingtechnology
