UVFenton降解染料橙黄Ⅱ的脱色研究 UV/FentonprocessforDecolorizationofOrangeIIDye Introduction Textileindustriesconsumeasignificantamountofwateranddischargewastewaterthatcontainsaconsiderableamountofdye.OrangeIIisacommondyeusedinthetextileindustry,butitsreleaseintheenvironmentmaycausesevereenvironmentalproblems.Therefore,itisessentialtoremoveitfromwastewaterbeforeitsdischargeintotheenvironment.Inthisstudy,theUV/Fentonprocesshasbeeninvestigatedfortheefficientandlow-costremovalofOrangeIIdyefromwastewater. Experimental TheexperimentswerecarriedoutusingsyntheticwastewatercontainingOrangeIIdyeasthemodelpollutant.TheinitialconcentrationofOrangeIIinthewastewaterwas50mg/L.TheUV/FentonprocesswasperformedinabatchreactorusinganultravioletlampastheradiationsourceandFeSO4/hydrogenperoxideastheFentonreagent.Theoperatingparameters,includingreactiontime,pH,andH2O2dosage,werevariedtooptimizetheremovalefficiencyofOrangeIIdye. ResultsandDiscussion TheresultsshowedthattheremovalefficiencyofOrangeIIdyeincreasedwithincreasingUVirradiationtimeandH2O2dosage.ThemaximumremovalefficiencyofOrangeIIdyewasobservedatpH3,whichwasattributedtotheformationofhydroxylradicals.Thehighestremovalefficiencywasachievedwhen150mg/LFeSO4and300mg/LH2O2wereused.TheUV/FentonprocessremovedOrangeIIdyeatanefficiencyof95%in60minutesofreactiontime. TheresultsofthisstudyareconsistentwithpreviousstudiesthathaveusedUV/Fentonfordecolorizationofdyes.TheUV/Fentonprocessisahighlyefficientandeconomicalmethodfordyeremovalcomparedtootherconventionalmethodssuchascoagulation,photocatalysis,andbiologicaloxidation.UV/Fentonprocesshasbecomeawidelyusedmethodinvariousindustriessuchastextiles,dyemanufacturing,andpaper-making. Conclusion TheUV/FentonprocessshowedhighefficiencyintheremovalofOrangeIIdyefromwastewater.Theprocesswasefficient,fast,andeconomical.TheoptimumconditionsforthehighestefficiencyweredeterminedaspH3,150mg/LFeSO4,and300mg/LH2O2.TheresultssuggestthattheUV/FentonprocesscanbeanexcellentcandidatefortreatingwastewatercontainingOrangeIIdy
