LNASB轴向旋流式煤粉燃烧器的微油点火改造 摘要 LNASB轴向旋流式煤粉燃烧器是一种高效能的燃烧器,但是其原本采用的微粒点火方式存在点火成功率低、稳定性差等问题。本文旨在通过将微粒点火改为微油点火的方式,提高该燃烧器的点火性能,同时探究微油点火的优势和局限。本文首先对LNASB轴向旋流式煤粉燃烧器进行了简单介绍,然后详细阐述了微油点火的原理和实现方法,接着通过对实验数据的分析,探讨了微油点火对点火稳定性的影响,最后总结了微油点火的优势以及适用范围。本文研究表明,微油点火确实能够提高煤粉燃烧器的点火性能和燃烧效率,但是对燃烧器的易用性和维护成本也存在一定影响。 关键词:LNASB轴向旋流式煤粉燃烧器;微粒点火;微油点火;点火稳定性;燃烧效率。 Introduction LNASBaxialswirlcoalpowderburnerisanefficientcombustiondevice,whichhasbeenwidelyusedinvariousindustrialfields.However,theoriginalparticleignitionmethodoftheburnerhassomedisadvantages,suchaslowignitionsuccessrateandpoorstability.Inordertoimprovetheignitionperformanceoftheburner,itisnecessarytoexplorenewignitionmethods.Amongthem,oilignitionisacommonlyusedmethod,whichhastheadvantagesofhighignitionsuccessrate,stablecombustionandeasyoperation.Inthispaper,themicro-oilignitionmodificationofLNASBaxialswirlcoalpowderburnerwasstudied,aimingtoimprovetheignitionperformanceoftheburnerandexploretheadvantagesandlimitationsofthemicro-oilignition. Methodology Theprincipleandimplementationmethodofmicro-oilignitionweredetailedanalyzedinthispaper,involvingthefuelinjectiontechnology,ignitionsourceselection,andignitioncharacteristicscomparisonwithparticleignition.Theexperimentaltestbedwasconstructedinordertocomparethemicro-oilignitionandthemicro-particleignition.Theeffectsofdifferentinjectionparametersandignitionenergyontheignitioncharacteristics,time,andenergywereanalyzed,andsimulationperformancewasdiscussedusingCFDsimulationsoftware. Results Theresultsshowthatthemicro-oilignitionsuccessfullyimprovedtheignitionperformanceoftheLNASBaxialswirlcoalpowderburner.Theignitionsuccessrateandthecombustionstabilityweresignificantlyincreasedcomparedtotheoriginalmicro-particleignitionmethod,andthecombustionefficiencywasalsoimproved.However,themodificationalsohassomelimitations,suchashighermaintenancecostsandrequirementofprofessionaltrainingoperating.
